9 people were in our party; 8 ordered steaks - all 8 people's steaks were either overcooked or undercooked.My ribeye, described on the menu as their juiciest steak ... wasn't.I don't live in VA, so little chance I'll be in Hampton, VA very little in the coming years, but if I am there, that Longhorn will not be on our list of possible places to eat.

Just a unpleasant experience and the service was terrible. The manager never came to see what the problem was at all. I would recommend this establishment to anyone at all.

Whom ever runs this place or owns it should be ashamed of the service I received today. I just got off of working a 12hr shift, so I figured I'd pick up a steak for dinner instead of cooking dinner. Well I ordered the Outlaw ribeye with mashed potatoes and crispy Brussel sprouts . I ordered before I left work, it said 25 minutes. I get to the restaurant in 10 minutes. I wait a little bit, then I call to let them know I'm there. The guy says it will be 10 to 15 minutes more. Which is no problem. Well it was more like 40 minutes, and over an hour since I placed my order. But that's not even the worse part, I finally get my food, and it's cold, room temperature at best. A $36 plate and I receive it cold. What a disappoint. I had to microwave my steak. How sad is that, payed all that money for cold food. Just an all around bad experience. Especially after working 12 hrs the past few days.

First time being to a longhorn steakhouse I'm a Texas road house fan for 30 years but longhorn steak house has definitely topped my list everything we ate was outstanding and the service was top notch. Thank you Latrice for being our server you are awesome l!!

Good evening,My family and I dined with you'll on April 6th 2024 around 7pm and the service was horrible. We were a walk in with a party of 10 (said we couldn't make reservations online when we called) and was informed the wait time was an hour and a half. We waited for about that time and then when it was past that we asked the waitress how much longer and she said another 15 to 20 minutes that turned into 2 hours. Then we asked them again about after an hour and 30 minutes, how much longer and they kept sending the same exact thing, next thing we know were sitting there for 3 hours and they set other people before us even though we were there before them. We brought it up to the front and they said we'll seat you as soon as we can, by that time we have been waiting for three hours. Once seated, it also took them about 10 to 15 minutes just to bring some waters. Then, after that, we finally got our menus, but we ordered everything at the same time and once we ordered that also took another 30-35 minutes just for all of us to get our food. Once the food came out some of it was cold and we had to send it back. Needless to say, we will not be back. The service was horrible even though our waitress was trying to do the nest he could, but the wait time is ridiculous. I can't believe they lied to us, we really would have left if we knew we were going to wait almost 4 hours just to be seated and to eat never again we'll we come to this establishment. In the future you'll should tell people a proper time and not lie to customers. The wait time is outrageous!

The food and atmosphere are always very good. We usually have great service, but not this time. We had to get up to order our 2nd round of drinks. And had to go to the manager to get our receipt to pay out. Our waiter was inattentive, and never checked on us after taking our initial order. Perhaps food service isn't the career for him. We will go back, but he'll not be serving us.
