Pizza was delivered with human hair on it and it looked like it had been run over by a truck. I had to drive it back to the store for a full refund and the manager had the nerve to ask me if I wanted free food �.

This used to be our favorite until tonight. We get our order delivered and was missing items. So I called and was told max 15 minutes for the items to get to us. (We live like 2 minutes away) then the girl hangs up on me. After 25 minutes of waiting I called back (now our pizza is cold) and asked to speak to the manager, the same girl yells to the back it's the lady from the sauces. So call manager gets on the phone and his mouth is going 90 miles a minute telling me how they are under paid, people getting the stimulus and they are under staff and they have people calling and yelling about their order messed up and so on. That the girl is new and overwhelmed and told me that they are backed up an hour and half that my stuff is in line. He was talking so fast and so much that I could not even tell him that they left the PIZZA SAUCE off the pizza. He put me on hold then hung up on me after saying that dinner was on him. What a joke!!! Nope no refund!
