My family and I had an absolute blast and great dining experience here for my birthday! We were accommodated and served fairly quickly without a reservation (no reservations available for parties under 5 people). The hibachi chef was hilarious and the food was wonderful. Our hostess and server was top notch.The lower marks are for atmosphere- there is a low-key dirty sock smell (old carpets?), the front looks like someone drove into the building, the decor is dusty and greasy, and overall the place needs a good cleaning and modernization.Dietary restrictions: We were asked about food allergies so the chef could accommodate that.Parking: Large lot with free parking.Kid-friendliness: This place is FUN for the whole fam!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The chef was very nice and we enjoyed watching him make our Hibachi dinners. The food was the best Hibachi I ever had. It's a little bit pricey, but it is well worth it. I got a Hibachi chicken and fillet mignon combination dinner. They also give you soup, salad, and a couple of shrimp along with your meal. The rice was so good. The only thing that I wished would change, would be to add a few more veggies in the Hibachi.

While my overall experience was great the door itself wasn’t anything to boast about. I probably got more food at this hibachi stop than any other one though. The service was great, the cook was very entertaining but the restaurant overall wasn’t very clean. I won’t be returning but I’m not necessarily unhappy with the experience.

Price is average for industry. Please go to another hibachi restaurant, sushi king was better and less money. Service was prompt and polite though. I ordered the Hampton roll and it was imitation crab, I know it's commonly used but the taste was mid. Hibachi could have been seasoned better but for $30 steak and shrimp, it left much to be desired.

So I've visited this location several times. The ambiance leave a lot to be desired, the place is gloomy and in need of renovation. The service was so bad during my last visit, the wait time was over an hour, which is a long time but it was unavoidable so I understand. When we were seated we were told that because they were so busy that they would be making sushi rolls, which was one of the reason we even made the visit, that was a disappointment but uncontrollably. We then waited at the table for over an hour and even had to watch people who were seated after us get served. While waiting I watch the sushi chef making rolls even though we were told that it was unavailable, I even heard the owner say no more sushi while we were waiting on our hibachi. So we waited for over an hour at the table without anything but the soup or salad. They seemed to be understaffed, instead of limiting the amount of people they can serve they continued to fill up the restaurant and give poor service. The owner had the nerve to make excuses instead of apologizing, even went as far as blaming the other table for not saying that my table was first. This was an absolutely horrible experience, we'd been there about 10 times before, not without incident. We gave this establishment a few chances to get it right, mainly because of their sushi, but no more chances. We'd even been there a week prior to celebrate my kids birthday and they never came out to wish my kids a happy birthday.

I've been going here off and on for at least 14 yrs. The food is exactly the same....GOOD FRESH AND HOT. The cooks are always trying new tricks to keep the table engaged. With my allergy, they make sure everyone at the table is aware. And my food is always cooked first. The only downside is the parking lot. Get there before rush.
