I've visited this restaurant twice prior to my most recent visit. There's consistently a line or wait for seating, but it's a decent spot for breakfast, offering generous portions for the price. My main issue is that whenever I order eggs over-easy, they're consistently undercooked, with the egg whites still runny, which is unappetizing and concerning for food safety. The staff seems overwhelmed, and it's easy to feel neglected. We waited to be seated at the front for 15 minutes while numerous people paid and left the restaurant. Additionally, they exclusively accept cash, which is inconvenient for most modern consumers. However, there is an ATM conveniently located in the lobby. On the bright side, the food arrived relatively quickly, which is always a plus. Aside from all of this, it's an okay alternative to typical chain restaurants, but I'm unsure if I'll return.

This place is a gem ?Hampton favorite ?Never waited for more 15 minutes for a spot at Tommy’s. The service is wonderful, the people that work there are so kind and attentive. Love their breakfast options and overall atmosphere.Recommend everyone try Tommy’s at least once.

Don’t get me wrong the food is usually very good, hot, and fresh. This day they were very busy and my food wasn’t all that hot. Especially my grits. Anyone who eats grits knows they need to be hot to eat or they clump up and are nasty. The toast was greasy from all the butter put on it. Our waitress was very nice.
