I have placed many of my company catering orders (breakfast and lunch) with this Panera and today was the last. I placed the order 2 days ago, online, for a company brown bag lunch meeting from 12-1pm. The order was to be delivered between 11:30 and 11:45. IT DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL 1:30. No call, nothing. I called the manager, "Elsie", and she said "oh yeah, there was a mixup and they had to come back and reprep the order - sorry, next order I'll give you a 25% discount." Um...no! That entire order should have been comp'd. Most of the people that were at the meeting had left, hungry, and the rest had already gotten something else to munch on. Bad business all the way around. Very disappointed and will no longer use this Panera for my business's catering needs. Beware!
All food sold at Panera is of poor and cheapest quality and grade! Their bakery products are dried and old
