Food wasn't bad... but I get really weird feelings when a Japanese restaurant misspells simple Japanese in their logo... I can't be the first to notice that they spelled ramen "んめーら" effectively "nmeera".

I've lived in the DMV for over 4 years and recently started searching for new ramen options to satisfy my craving for authentic Japanese ramen. My usual spot is Blue Ocean in Fairfax, but it's become crowded lately, and reservations are highly recommended. So, I ventured out!I tried one place that wasn't great, but then I found this gem! The flavor profile of the soup base alone was incredible - packed with flavor and authentic without being overpowering. The ramen noodles were perfectly cooked, and the entire dish was piping hot, not lukewarm with cold ingredients. This ramen was fantastic! It's definitely a contender for my new favorite spot, especially when I can't get into Blue Ocean. The staff and service were fantastic as well. If you're looking for authentic ramen, this place is a must-try! You won't regret it.

The ramen was good but having just come back from japan, think the broth lacked flavor compared to popular ramen options in japan.

Perfect service & food. Everyone was very thoughtful, fast, and attentive... especially Lyng! They offered a soft bench for my wife when they noticed she was pregnant too.

Ordered takeout for lunch. I'd give it a solid 3.5/5 stars. Broth wasn't bad but isn't the best I've had in NoVa. The piece of pork were small, thin and mediocre. Not bad but also not great. Could be better for the price.

I love the fact that they offer a variety of dishes and entrees other than ramen. The karage wasn't super crispy but the flavor was there, and it's a very standard chicken. I like how they emphasized a balanced meal and the miso soup was pretty good even without any tofu. The rice was fluffy and the katsu was so good. The salad has a bit too much dressing so I think it would be good on the side. Overall, a very solid place with very friendly staff. Will come back to try their ramen next time.

Service was nice. The setup of the restaurant felt like I was in Japan. The Portion of the ramen (i ordered large) was generous and the broth tasted delicious. I ordered a combo and it comes with a rice bowl. Very satisfied and will definitely come back when I think of Ramen.

Had Tonkatsu Curry Rice today. Overall average good, pork katsu is a bit harder in the middle, not as soft as other typical pound-out Japanese pork katsu, but still acceptable. Curry is also a tad too sweet even for Japanese curry. Will still repeat!

Ramen are really good, full of pork bone and sake flavor, portion are generous. I ordered combo, I choose Sio Ramen(salt) the most original flavor, and braised pork rice, egg and add a portion of slice pork neck. And the other one is spicy ramen. Everything are delicious. We love it.

Quick service, best ramen place in NoVA! Takoyaki was great too! Highly recommend the spicy miso ramen or the tseukemen.
