Convenient location and easy to pick up items you need. However, the pharmacy recording line needs to be updated to *not* say that the pharmacists will contact your doctor or vet about refills if the pharmacist refuses to do so and then tells you, "It's an automated message." Even if a message is automated, it's created by someone and can be modified to reflect actual practice. In addition, the male pharmacist working on November 8 needs a briefer on better customer service/ways to avoid mansplaining to female customers. We are all busy people and a little kindness goes a long way. Thank you.
