The cashier was terrible chewing gum could not calculate the place was unclean dirty tables the trash was overflowing and the person who hands out food was not wearing gloves for sanitary purposes in this post covid Era wear something might fall into the food from dirty finger nail tips

I waited a long time to get a chicken sandwich and a plain cheeseburger. I was given the wrong order. Waiting still … this place is hectic and not organized I waited over 30 minutes for my order. They gave something I did not ordered w bacon!!!! Wrong order!!! I returned it!! They asked me to wait I waited another 15 minutes my ordered was never completed and I was late for work. I asked mgr for a refund and instead he charged my credit card twice ! I noticed the next day 2 charges from them and I NEVEr got any food!!!!Also noted people don’t change gloves after touching money and other stuff . They charged my credit card twice !!! Instead of refunding me the money$$$ I now have to dispute it w my credit card ?I went back to ask them to refund my money they not only gave me the wrong order but charged my credit card twice. They said to wait for corporate to contact me I showed them my charges 2 of them on my mobile app they DID NOT refund me!! The manager was not helpful!!!! Disputing my charges I never got any food there they made me the wrong order!! And I have charged on my credit for nothing double charges!!!!

The food was amazing as usual, im always amazed by how good shake shack is no matter what location you are at. I think tysons is not particularly the best service but its okay and I do think its the best option at the mall!

This is a tiny shake shack with very little seating. It is adjacent to a massive outdoor lifestyle center space so you could plan to eat outside —in fact you should.

Parking: FYI this Shake Shack is on the roof and there is no signage directing you there from the ground. You can access the roof by using the elevators in the parking garage connected to VITA apartments which will take you to the bridge that stretches across the street and leads to the Shake Shack/Starbucks/mall entrance.
