I am so tired of coming to this tropical smoothie and having my order messed up the amount of times that I’ve came here and ordered a smoothie with no sweetener and it had full sweetener or I ordered him a buffalo chicken wrap and there was absolutely zero buffalo sauce is just ridiculous. I even ordered extra buffalo sauce this time and still no buffalo sauce. Tropical smoothie has always been a comfort food for me from childhood and now I don’t even ever wanna go because I know that my order is going to be messed up.

I’ve been to various locations and ordered the peanut paradise and it was great but this place was horrible. 0/10 I would not recommend. They basically gave me a water slushie. Please save your money and go to a different location.

Every time I get an acai bowl it’s frozen, I wish they were made fresh. Sad to say I will no longer get acai bowls from tropical smoothie.
