Called to order for delivery at 8:50pm and received a call at 9:17pm saying that my order was placed too late and delivery was unavailable. When I pointed out that their web site says delivery is available until 9:30pm, they just said "too bad," they wouldn't deliver. I've ordered from them before and the food was okay, nothing special, but I also had to argue with them another time about delivery. Not sure what's going on. I then called Forbidden City Express at 9:25pm and they said they would be happy to deliver even though my order was last minute. Nice customer service. Wok N' Roll could learn from their competitors.
