Great experience this time. A lot better than any other time. A table was available, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and quick. Food was out and I was able to get things done in a matter of minutes. I didn't feel like I was being ignored or dismissed like previous visits to the Newport News store. May not have been a good day for the personnel those days but didn't warrant a review either. I didn't return for months since it happened multiple times. This one was different....read full review
Trifecta w million dollar bacon is delicious.Hawaiian French toast and shrimp and grits, was phenomenal.-First Watch is a local Hidden GemCustomer service was wonderful, our server Tanisha was great!

I have been to every first watch in the Hampton roads region. The Newport News location has the best staff and most consistent food each time. I go daily each morning at 7:00 and it’s always a positive experience. The servers are polite, responsive, and friendly.
