My family went here tonight for the first time, and while the food was EXCELLENT and fresh in every way, the service was ATROCIOUS. We had a young gentleman, who was obviously extremely confused.. He kept coming to ask us to put in an order, when we had already done so and been waiting on food for at least 15-20 mins, brought other tables checks, brought wrong drinks THREE times. I honestly was only slightly perturbed at this point, as I have worked in customer service my entire adult life, so I understand being new/nervous, but what really set me over the edge was how when he brought us our check, he stood over us while my husband filled the credit slip out! This young man had us waiting 35 minutes for a drink, but hovered the table to make sure he saw a tip amount! I think next time, we will make the drive to Hampton, as I just cannot get over the poor service this young man gave this evening.
I love coming to this Sushi King over Hampton. the atmosphere is always pleasant and the staff is always friendly
