Went this evening and was denied service bc the kitchen was closing in 20 mins. Was told they had a waitlist with tons of empty tables. Witnessed another family arrive that called ahead of time was told their kitchen closed at 8:30. They drove 20 minutes only to be turned around. Spoke with the manager Crystal who also told me I could not order from the bar. Will never return again. Customer service is the most important part of the a restaurant, hence it being called a SEVICE INDUSTRY. If I had to guess they were putting getting out of the restaurant early and didn’t want to seat anymore guests to ensure an early night.
I'm very flavorful reasonable pricing for the quality of food and I will come back
