Every dish was delicious but serious shoutout to the Salmon and Shrimp Cheesesteak and maybe the best Greens we've ever had. You can tell they spend a lot of time and care on everything they serve. The entire staff is great and it's a wonderful , comfortable atmosphere.“

“The Sunday Buffet is simply to die for; however, their plated dinners during the week are just as awesome. It is a must that before you leave this earth (lol) that you order their Ultimate Shrimp and Grits with the fish, scallops and special seafood cream sauce. You will definitely NOT be disappointed by this restaurant establishment. 5 star service and food!!!“

“My family and I had brunch here. I wasn't sure what to expect but I gave it a try and I was glad I did. I ordered the chicken and waffles and it came with mac and cheese so I had that on the side. Normally I don't enjoy mac and cheese at restaurants but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was delicious! I washed down my food with a mango mimosa, yum! The service was a bit slow but that was probably because the restaurant was packed and I understand why. They played really good music but it was very loud. I would definitely eat here again.“

“I visited Thee Soulfood Kitchen for the first time this evening with my boyfriend. We chose this restaurant because I’ve been craving fried catfish. We got a seafood platter with crab cakes, fried shrimp, catfish, Mac n cheese, and green beans. We also ordered the smothered chicken with green beans and rice with gravy. The food was absolutely phenomenal. It’s some of the best food I have had in a very long time! The green beans were hands down the best green beans I’ve ever had in my life. The Mac n cheese was so moist and cheesy. When my boyfriend picked up his drumstick, all of the meat fell off the bone. Flavors are incredible and quality of the food is so high. We also got beverages and two cornbread muffins. The cornbread was fresh, sweet, and moist. The best cornbread I’ve ever had. We paid around $43 for our meal before tip, and we would have happily paid $65 before tip for the quality of the food we received. We went on a Tuesday evening and aside from a few takeout orders, we were the only people sitting down eating. They deserve to have a line out the door every single day from open to close. We will be back, and when we move to NC we will happily make the 3.5 hour drive one way just to eat here.“

Recently, I was at work thinking about how I wanted some collatd greens, wondering where I could order some from. I googled and this spot popped up! I called , ordered & my son picked our food up. The call taker was so patient and professional. Items we've tried :mac n cheese, collars, yams, turkey chops, pork chops , dumpster fries ?& fried whiting ( the 3xs we 've ordered in 2 wks) Our food was sooo tasty that I tried calling back to see if they catered! ? So, if anyone reading my review enjoys soul food as much as my family does ,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LMSK!!♨??Don't believe me? Try it, you'll thank me later! ...easily give it 5 ⭐s?“
