I’ve visited this establishment twice. Both times the food tasted great and the fusion of cuisines in the dishes was unique. The first time I dined at the restaurant was when it was my husband’s birthday. The second time was when it was my little one’s birthday. The first visit - because my husband was taking long to decide on what to order I told the server he was deciding what to treat himself to for his birthday. After taking the drink order and checking his ID the server wished him a happy birthday. When we were done with our meal she asked if we wanted to have dessert. I asked if they offered anything on the house for birthdays and she said no which was perfectly fine. The second time I visited a couple of tables away was someone’s birthday. Happy Birthday was sung along with a dessert brought out for the celebration. That evening when the server asked if we’d like dessert I told her I’m waiting for my little one to come back from the restroom to have them pick what they would like to have as it was their birthday we were celebrating. The server said ok, dessert was ordered, and coincidentally after that two other tables that evening had Happy Birthday sung. My child was upset asking why no one sang for them. When the server returned I asked whether there was a policy to only have adult birthdays celebrated/sung for and she said no. I reminded her that I’d shared about celebrating my child’s birthday. She said she hadn’t realized and it went over her head. She asked if we wanted a small dessert. I declined as we had already eaten dessert. I was very upset at the server’s disregard. Additionally earlier in the evening when our food was brought to the table she never stopped to ask how the food was etc. She only stopped by when we were done to ask about ordering dessert. My elderly / senior parents were also dining with us that evening. I later realized Mondays were seniors day with a special food discount. But there was no discount reflected on the check. Perhaps that too “went over” our server’s head. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of attention, lack of service, hospitality, and very importantly lack of consistency in how patrons are treated at this restaurant. Perhaps servers don’t care seeing that there is already a 20% gratuity baked into the check.

We went for a date here after my husband was looking for something close to Chantilly but different. Oh wow! The food was so fresh and hot and phenomenal! We love Indian food so tried the butter chicken tacos and masala burrito. The chips and salsa kept coming as quickly as we asked. I can not wait to return!
