We had a great time at 1631 for Bourbon Club, which featured Ragged Branch burgers, bourbon flights, and, of course, their smoked old fashion.Bourbon club guest was the owner of Ragged Branch farm and distillery. It was especially cool to learn about the vertical integration of this farm/business, using some of the mash mix with feed and some for bourbon. My wife, daughter, and I drove to Poquoson for a meal this evening. 1631 did not disappoint. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was spot-on, and the food was both visually appealing and appetizing.Warning - do not frequent this establishment if you are looking to spend $3 for a hamburger - go to a fast food place instead. The food at 1631 is made using quality ingredients, not junk.

Always have a great time and enjoy the atmosphere! Mike the owner is great and the staff are always warm and helpful. The Bourbon selection is the best around! I would definitely recommend people go.
