“Wow, just wow. The food is so good I caught myself giggling haha. The Baja burritos (both breakfast and lunch) are incredible. This is my second time here and again, just wonderful. The atmosphere is 10/10, absolutely gorgeous. Today, we were served by Grace and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect drink for me. This is now my favorite coffee and breakfast spot in Hampton roads!“

“We had a great time at 1631 for Bourbon Club, which featured Ragged Branch burgers, bourbon flights, and, of course, their smoked old fashion.Bourbon club guest was the owner of Ragged Branch farm and distillery. It was especially cool to learn about the vertical integration of this farm/business, using some of the mash mix with feed and some for bourbon. Happy cows, tasty beef, great bourbon!The burgers at 1631 include tasty housemade additions like bourbon caramelized onions, garlic aioli, bacon jam, and specialty cheeses. The appetizers are great, too. Tender steak bites served with sautéed onions& bourbon mushrooms and pork belly tacos are must-haves! My biggest problem is deciding what to order. “Ok...it's McDonald's. This is my go to place when iI need to burger fix fast. I order my food with the App and I really like using that. I get free food after a while and the two for one specials on the app are awesome. Get and use the App and you will not be disappointed.“

“Glazed has been out go to for donuts and cold brew coffee since we moved back to the area. Everything we've gotten has been delicious. I need to give a special shout out to their holiday specials. We picked up their quiche and Key Lime Pie for Easter and both were AMAZING! Cannot recommend Glazed enough. If you haven't been here yet you need to plan your visit ASAP.“

“Very nice little coffee and Cafe type atmosphere. Love the variety of coffee and tea, had a Serene Bee with honey and bergamot and it was delicious! I hadn't a chance to try other menu options but will definitely be back. Easily located off interstate if traveling as I was.“

“The Cure in Newport News is such a comfortable environment and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The Crème Brûlée macchiato was absolutely perfect as well as their “The Hangover Cure” breakfast sandwich. I will definitely be coming here again!“

“my partner and i stumbled upon this hidden gem of a coffee shop on an extremely hot day and was so surprised to see beautiful art of the wall (which i loved!) i ordered a vanilla ice latte, which is totally out of my norm but it was the perfect balance of smooth espresso and velvety vanilla sweetness. my partner opted for the milky way ice latte, which they enjoyed but would definitely try another flavor next time. the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had a great experience. the menu had an impressive variety of coffee drinks, and we can't wait to explore more of their offerings in the future. eat well, foodxcafecito“

“I decided to try this amazing and was NOT disappointed. I had an iced match green tea latte with oatmilk which was so good. Thier pasta salad is a must try. I also had their carrot cake cupcake with frozen yogurt ( they have regular ice cream as well). Please ? stop in for a visit if you haven't before. This place is amazing. So is Keira.“

“I really enjoyed the environment - light and airy, with a wide variety of seating options. Plants are always a plus in a coffee shop. The drinks on the menu were super inventive and indicative of a new third wave coffee shop - whoever designed the menu knows what they are doing, and has a pulse on where modern day coffee trends are moving. However, it was clear our barista was still learning the ropes, and drink execution was subpar. No latte art on the lattes (not a necessity of course... but it's come to be expected in coffee shops charging $6.50+ for a 12 oz latte), and the "shaken" espresso was decidedly not shaken. Drink prices are steep, be prepared for that. I think I averaged about $8 per drink after tax and tip. I'd come back for the atmosphere alone, and perhaps to see what progress our barista has made in technique.“

“I really enjoyed the service at this Starbucks, I just have one request for all Starbucks stores.Please train your employees, to use the pouches on the sides and back of your bags, the way you used to in the past. These pouches are for the condiments, which they hold with their bare hands and throw in the bag with the food. I was a little Disturbed at one employee wiping his itchy eyes profusely with his fingers, and then grabbing my condiments with his bare fingers, and throwing them in the bag with my bagel. Not very sanitary, too much bodily fluids.But all in all this Starbucks is very respectful cheerful actually like going there just please use the pouches.“

“Our first time trying and we liked everything. The least favorite was the Spooky Slush but it wasn't bad. The Matcha Tea has a bit of a chalky taste to it. Price point was good and the drinks were worth it. We will definitely go back to try other things.“

“I love Krispy Kreme donuts, especially when they are hot. I would see the Hot and Now sign lit up and rush to go in and buy a dozen. It was the first time in many years that I've been to the restaurant looking for the tasty treat (glazed donuts). I asked the cashier when the donuts were last cooked, and the reply was first thing this morning. I was told they only cook donuts twice once in the morning and at 5 o'clock.What!! you only cook twice a day so by 12:00 p.m. the donuts had been cooked since around 7 or 8 that morning. I told the cashier I could have just purchased them at the grocery store instead of rushing down to the restaurant. I was "Not Happy." I wanted them hot right off the assembly line. Needless to say, I grudgingly brought 3 dozens. I could have saved myself a trip and gas.The service was very poor. There was no customer service. Just order, and Slap them in the box and off you go. “I’ve had nothing but good experiences when coming to this store. All of the partners I’ve interacted with have been friendly and efficient when coming to making my order and if they have messed up my order by giving me dairy instead of a milk substitute I ask for, example: soy or oat. They never have made me feel guilty or giving me attitude for asking them to remake it since I can’t have regular milk. That’s why they have been my main Starbucks I visit. Keep up the good work partners.“

“I had ordered from this location at 3:00 pm on 12/6/2023. My drink was absolutely amazing but I want to give a big thank you to the baristas on that shift (Brittany and Sarah) who were very kind to me after having a long day. “Fast friendly service, perfectly situated to not have to get bogged down in the Frey of the shopping crowd. The one not so much of a plus that’s not their fault is that parking sucks. Parking is not available for just popping in and out you have to park and it’s not close to the store. Overall good location if you’re in the area any way.“

“This is the Starbucks inside the Kroger. many other reviews seem to be for the exterior Starbucks near the road.This Starbucks is acceptable for an in store coffee and is fairly efficient. I'm giving them a bit of slack since they aren't a full Starbucks location.“
