“Old world vibe ,very cool Place“

“We ordered too much food but it was fun to try a few things. Nachos with steak, ham and cheese croissant with onion rings, fries covered in cheese and a chocolate peanut butter milkshake. Nachos were great, if you don’t like a lot of sour cream get it on the side. Ham and cheese was full of flavor and loaded with cheese (wish I asked for mayo on it), onion rings - delicious especially dipped in their ranch. The loaded fries were great, especially like that they toasted the cheese on top of the fries (it’s a big plate). Lastly the milkshake; big thick milkshake - well worth it.The menu is huge and we’ll definitely go back for other items.“

“Every time I come here it just gets better and better. Had dinner with my girls for Mother's Day last night. I was so good. Of course I had the French Dip with Fries. So delicious. Tender Roast. I come here for the Food but the Vibe is something special here. And to my waitress you were AWESOME.“

Only real problem is probably the location and you could easily argue that’s one of the benefits to the joint ! great staff , great owner and overall its a great place to meet people !“

“I was here visiting from Colorado and my son told me about this bar. Being a huge Rob Zombie fan, as soon as my son mentioned Captain Spaulding, I had to see this place. I LOVE this bar!! Met the owner briefly, and he was a super nice guy. I told him I was here from Colorado, but he had already figured I was from out of town. Guess walking around the whole place running live videos was a dead giveaway, LOL. Anyway, if you enjoy local bars with good music and great people, make sure to stop here when in Richmond. “The only place in town that has interesting veggie sushi. I order here all the time. The tots and accompanying sauce are tasty. Tip on tots--better for pickup than delivery bc of the soggy factor, but even after 45 mins in the back of a bike, they're still tasty and I still order them.“
