“I've been twice and highly recommend! The veggie patties are thin so get the option with the double stacked patties, sooooo good! Last time I tried their cake doughnuts because I don't think anyone can make regular doughnuts as good as those I had growing up in California but yesterday I gave it a shot & got a regular maple glazed doughnut and YES they are the best on the east coast! It's hard to find a light & fluffy doughnut but this is it! I wish I lived closer because I'd be here every week for a veggie burger and maple doughnut!“

“Drove to this location after my local Dunkin’ not having what I wanted in stock. Mary gave me such great customer service. She truly listened, repeated back my order and kept great conversation with me throughout. While I feel like my drink wasn’t filled fully because I added cold foam it tasted great overall. The donuts were a tad stale but not inedible. Will be returning here and hoping Mary is the cashier when I do. Honestly the only person I’ve had a positive customer experience with at this location in a while. Others have been short and mundane with me.“

“Stopped by one early morning simply because it was one of the very few coffee spots open on the way to work when visiting downtown Richmond. I came away impressed enough to download the Dunkin' app and return every morning for the rest of my week here. The ambiance is unique, the staff are friendly, the place is always clean, and the non-donut food items are actually not that bad. The $3 coffee is already well-known to be decent, and the donuts are. . . well. . . donuts, so the app-exclusive deals that pair the coffee with discounted food items were worth having yet another app downloaded on your app-overloaded phone. I know it's a well-established east-coast thing, but I'm now looking forward to their west coast expansion so I can continue using the app at home!Wheelchair accessibility: It's not obvious at all how to get to the upper half-level to order your food other than stairs, but there's an elevator on the left side once you enter the store.“

“We stopped by to buy 2 1/2 dozen donuts for the Massey Cancer Center for the radiology staff. Tomorrow is our last day of scheduled radiation treatments. The Krispy Kreme staff was outstanding on the speed of filling our order of HOT donut order. I love this place. (We had some hot donuts for us too.)“
