I placed an order with an offer for a free drink on the app, I got a notification asking to fill a survey about my experience at the location before I had even left my house. I assumed it was automatic with the order. When I got to the location, they said they didn’t have my order. I checked my bank account and the money had been taken out, but the woman in the drive through refused to give me my order. She told me to check why it didn’t go through but I know for a fact that it had gone through. She was rude and made me pay for my drink and didn’t even give me the right food.

Trish is prejudice … she approached me and my child and told us to get out basically bc we were sitting and charging our phones and relaxing. I was about to order but she was so rude and asked us to leave bc we didn’t order anything it’s a coffee shop are you serious? You can sit inside Starbucks and charge your phone and be on your laptops she is prejudice and I called the head GM and texted her and she refused to respond

Horrible to work for never get a raise and over work you. The food is decent but the manager doesn't care about if you're being bullied. I don't recommend working for this specific store or really any other Dunkin. I haven't heard good things from their employees even managers.
Got a chicken something breakfast wrap couldn't tell you what it was::::::: by far the worst breakfast and I cannot imagine anything worse than that as Charles Barkley would say it was terrible

This is a horrible Dunkin location. Just spoke with the manager and they wanted to charge me $.79 for water. I asked if they could fill up my camelbak, and she said yes. I am breastfeeding and get extremely thirsty. I thought that meant the cup was what they were charging for. No, she wanted me to pay her for filling up my water bottle with tap water. She said she was the manager and that the charge was for the water not the cup. I told her to dump it out then.

It was an expensive order yet the customer service was pleasant. It was a plus both ladies at the counter were extremely cute. I might return.

All the kids in this place really try. We always get a dozen assorted and two cups of coffee on the week end. Fresh donuts all ways. Please to the management let the kids split tips. They deserve it.
