I have lunch at Mosaic at least once a week and the food is usually very good. On Friday night, we took our neighbors there for dinner and I was disappointed. My beef brisket was one of the worst I have had in years. The beef was tough and dry. My wife had the bliss bowl with chicken. It was overflowing the bowl which made it hard to eat and the hummus was fairly tasteless. We will try Mosaic for dinner again, but I believe the restaurant is under new ownership. It was honestly the best meal I've had... maybe ever. I got the Green Goddess Salad with salmon & chicken (couldn't decide) with a side of brussel sprouts & sweet potato fries to share with my husband. Everything was better than I expected including the ambiance, our attentive waitress (& staff) & the food was out of this world. I was a waitress at Mosaic in college -- seems like it's only getting better & better. Amazing.

Pros: Good mixed drinks and appetizers, decent service, waitress was friendly and helpful, but took a long time to come back with answers about menu items. Cons: Dry well done ribeye that was supposed to be medium, salty mashed potatoes, asparagus didn't have ends snapped off and when I bit into them it was like chewing a stick.
