I've heard rave reviews about The Jasper being the ultimate speakeasy for drinks and late-night snacks in Richmond, VA, so I had to see for myself. Happy hour every day and it runs til seven. Great staff, great atmosphere and crowd. Excellent cocktails. Friend and I shared 2 apps and then had a sandwich and 3 cocktails each during happy hour. My half was $55 including 20% tip. Dollar for dollar best meal I've had in Richmond in a very long time. Try the tartar.
