Best empanada food truck in town!! Hands down. The crispy, light dough. The honey BBQ pork, or three cheese, or..... I haven't tried them all but i don't think you can go wrong with any.
Nice upscale looking place and food is nice. Flavors and spices make the meal nice. Some places don’t fry empanadas and some do. Don’t serve food with so much oil. At least let it sit on paper towel to absorb the oil before serving. Churros were good.I’ve traveled to Mendoza several times for personal travel and many beautiful places in South America and other continents. Some cultures fry and don’t fry empanadas.

Picked up some Empanadas De Mendoza yesterday and we dove into them today! They held up beautifully and were delicious reheated, I can only imagine what they would have been like fresh. I will absolutely be seeking this amazing food truck out so I can find out. We had Cheese, Traditional Beef, Spicy Beef and Honey BBQ Pork.
