“Another wonderful meal at a truly lovely restaurant. The staff is very cordial and helpful and the food is tasty and well-presented. I had the salmon trio (smoked salmon, salmon tartar, and salmon roe) for an appetizer and sea bass for my entree. My husband had the wonderful onion soup for an appetizer and the crab cake, scallops, and shrimp for his entree. He was able to get the dish minus scallops as he is allergic to them!! Sample desserts and coffee rounded out our meal. A very pleasant evening all around.”

The most disappointing was the dessert, it was more of a tasting than a small plate. “Totally recommend a visit to this very affordable and fun location. The Chit Chat Cafe is in a gas station but it's super clean and very welcoming. And you will find easy parking. The service is also welcome and easy. You can order ahead or just look for a menu at the check out counter to order with the clerk. You can grab premade mango lassi (a MUST get) or get chais from premade from a machine (also exceptional). There is also a hot food holder for the samosas. Which I also 100% recommend Ordered the burrito and a vegetarian sampler. This is where it was hit or miss for me. All very well made and flavorful but I didn't love all the flavors... the butter chicken burrito was pretty great, excellent sauce. The veg platter was less perfect. First saag ever that I have not enjoyed and the dal makhani also was not to my taste. I think just a flavor preference as many things were fantastic. So give it a try and find the thing you love. It's worth the visit. It's also near the meadowlark botanical gardens and was a great treat after our visit there!”

“Oh my gosh where do I start? The food is amazing as usual and the mini pork belly bao buns were so tasty and the loaded tots paired with the Yuzu Palmer drink is a match made in heaven. I loved the dessert here too especially the birthday cake loaf and this is gonna be my go to place every week and the owner is super kind and exerts positive energy and amazing customer service to make everyone feel welcome! That beef krapow empanada with that sauce was right on the money!!”

“Exceptional food--well balanced, so fresh, Perfectly spiced, nice heat. The chicken and the veggie mo-mo was so perfect. The accompanying sauces were just right. We ordered the first meal in listed in the entrees and it was wonderful! So many flavors, excellent rice, the pickled cucumber.... The service was so attentive but never intrusive. The space is spotlessly clean, quiet and very pleasant. Our first time and definitely not our last. Very highly recommend!!!!”

“We made a last-minute reservation before a meeting in Tysons corner. We had been here before because we used to live in McLean. This is really solid Greek food. The cucumber with Taziki sauce for an appetizer and the lamb chops for a main course can't go wrong.”

“We have been here a few times. They have bake fresh pasties and frozen pasties to stock your freezer for later. During every trip, we had gotten freshly baked to eat right then and frozen ones for a later date. They have some seasonal flavors with some standard flavors. I haven't had one that I didn't like. It was lively by the number of active tables yet auditorily quiet around 1PM which was pleasant.Parking: The garage is free and easy on the weekends. Otherwise, park near the end of the Patsy's parking lot towards Tiffany's. Parking for this plaza in general can be an adventure to find your first time.”

“Stopped by for dinner on a weekday. Ordered the spicy diavola pizza and it was great. Not spicy but the sauce was fresh and tangy. The capri sandwich was very good, more mozzarella than pesto but tasted very fresh. Service was quick and excellent, only waited around 10 minutes for our food. Plenty of seating and great lighting throughout.”

“I’ve been coming here consistently for the past couple of months. Their menu has a great selection of standard Thai dishes and other dishes that you won’t be able to find anywhere else in NOVA. I’ve tried their curries and noodles and they were great but I love picking from their Street Food Menu. Every time I come here, I try one “normal dish” and two “new” dishes. All of them have been good and very authentic (at least to what I remember from my travels to Thailand).Their seafood is always perfectly cooked. I recommend their calamari appetizer and Hoi Tod (Mussel Pancake). Both are crispy without the seafood being overcooked. The food also comes out quickly and tastes freshly cooked.I don’t know why this place doesn’t have more reviews!! I would recommend Thai Mom for anyone who loves Thai food or is an adventurous eater :)”

Not only are the burgers, fries, and shakes delicious but they are also able to serve beer which is a plus after a work day!The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating.I am a huge fan of small and/or local businesses and if that's something that is important to you too then you'll be delighted to see that Social Burger is actively involved in the local community. From blood drives to donating food they are serving their community in more ways than one.My partner is also vegan and they had a vegetarian friendly burger and a separate vegan friendly burger which is a huge plus!Vegetarian options: There is a black bean burger as well as an impossible burger option.Plenty of vegan and vegetarian friendly toppings and a chimichurri sauce.”

“This place is always packed, and there's a reason: It is amazing. Our go to is the bubba, yummy Yama and pan fried gyoza. It's right up there with the best sushi we've ever had. And they also have subtle touches, like they put the gyoza in styrofoam containers, and then they poke holes in the styrofoam to make sure the gyoza stays crispy and doesn't soften with its own steam. Also, they will hold open the doors for you if your hands are full with a carry out order. Such nice touches!”

“How did I forget to review Plaka?? Plaka is consistently amazing. Fast, delicious and friendly service every single time. I love introducing people to Plaka. The food is always fresh and tasty. Some of my favorite things are the Plaka Gyro Wrap which has Authentic Greek-style pork gyro with tomatoes, onions, tzatziki and fries inside. It's filling but you won't be in a food coma afterwards. I also love getting the plaka bowls where you can choose what you want in them. Kind of like Cava but way better.”

Food came out fast (appetizer first), then meals. Not a ton of rice, but meal portions were large! We had the crispy green beans, chicken green curry, and fried pork. Everything was delicious, vegetables tasted so fresh and each dish, so flavorful. “Great potential for the falafel platter, with some missteps that keep it from being five stars.First, the good:- sauces were excellent (toum, shut)- dips were great (hummus, labneh, and a chickpea stew)- bread (shrak) was great- fries were great (served with cilantro)- onion/parsley garnish was very good but needed to be more of it- falafel was good- salata was pretty goodHere’s what can be improved:- the Persian style grilled tomato and grilled onion make no sense as a side for a falafel platter… it should either be served with tabbouleh or chopped raw tomatoes and onion, either of which add freshness and cut through the heavy sauces- speaking of tabbouleh, it was supposed to come with some but didn’t- the fries, falafel and chickpea stew were a little too salty- personal preference: I don’t like pickled beets in general very much, I didn’t like these pickled beets in particular very much, and I strongly feel that pickled cucumbers are superior on a falafelThe good parts about the platter were great. But, the actual falafel wrap was a little off, because it lacked fresh veggies. Outside there are tables with umbrellas to shield you from the sun. The parking situation was surprisingly pleasant. I ordered the Chicken & Roasted Pepper Dunkin’ Wrap, Hash Browns, Munchkins Donut Hole Treats, and two large iced coffees ☕️ Everything was delicious and delightful. The wrap was packed with protein and tantalizing flavor. The hash browns were crisp on the exterior, tender on the interior, and a perfect accompaniment to the wrap! I brought my Munchkins to work as a yummy snack. I love all the Munchkins flavors. Each Munchkin only has approximately 60 calories! And of course the iced coffees gave me all the caffeine and hydration my heart desires ? ❤️ I found the service to be pleasant and the Dunkin’ professional serving us was respectful to all his customers. It is such a cool Dunkin’ location, I’ll definitely be back. I love ordering on the app, collecting rewards points, and redeeming the points for yummy treats. I've also had a chocolate and peanut butter cup milkshake. The prices are decent, $5.85 for a small, 2 flavors.They also have sandwiches and pastries. The cherry croissant was good. The Mac and cheese is not it for me though, it tastes like microwaved Mac and cheese and I would not recommend it. Daves hot chicken would’ve have gotten a 5 if the Mac and cheese tasted better.”

“A staple of Vienna, VA, you know this dive bar if you're a local resident or a sucker for cheap chili cheese dogs and beer. And that's what this place does. It knows what it is and hasn't changed since it's opening which gives it a special appeal. If you're looking for this spot to be a pristine shiny bright bar like Cheers, well, that's not it's style. It's a bit dark with the chess/checkered floor tiles with tables all around surrounding the bar area. But you do get a Cheers vibe with all the locals/regulars who stop in here for quick eats. As mentioned in previous reviews, all the servers are usually college students who make sure your beer is filled and you've had enough to eat. Eats start and end with their hot dogs, usually with chili and cheese if you're being proper. It's not the greatest chili cheese dog and sometimes you may wonder why you're ordering it. But the price and nostalgia always hit the spot and the taste reminds you why you're in here. Other eats I recommend are the wings (surprisingly good) and the fried zucchini (always eat your veggies!). Beer is either domestic or local brews that are Vienna Lager. Served in those classic cold mugs, the 80's-90's bar vibes hit once you pick it up and sip from it. Plus they are affordable compared to other places so that's a win in my book. As for other beverages, they have a serve-yourself soda station so you can get as many fills your stomach can handle. I make it a priority to stop here whenever I'm passing through Vienna and you should as well. Don't expect anything boujee; just enjoy a beer and a chili cheese dog here and call it a day. Lina made a really great recommendation to me for the warrior bowl, this was such an exotic thing for me, but I was willing to be pushed out of my comfort zone. It was so delicious and new to me, I will definitely be coming back. This place had a meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness.”

The interior decor had become more straightforward, with dark green walls replacing the previously abundant dark wooden furniture. It also appeared that the restaurant was undergoing some renovation. We also noticed that the back wall of the sushi bar counter was now adorned with white tiles. Furthermore, the restaurant has more Japanese dishes than Korean cuisine.The food we had was decent, but it had the potential to be better. The house salad was passable, although it had a slightly sweet taste. While the sashimi was not the freshest, it still had a good overall flavor. We enjoyed the Korean Rib Hot Stone Rice, as it was warm and savory. The pickled radish and kimchi on the side were perfectly fermented and had a nice crunchy texture.Parking: There is a free parking lot behind the building.”

“First vegetarian restaurant I've been to and I enjoyed it! A friend of mind was visiting and wanted to go to this place, I'm no stranger to trying new food so I was game. Place has a real mom and pop feel and is located in Vienna. It's located in its own building on near the intersection of Nutley and Chain Bridge Road (Maple Ave). The folks there were really nice and helped me understand the items on the menu, I had no idea was burdock but the owner was really helpful in explaining what it was. The sunchoke basil puree was delicious on the scallops, they were some of the best that I've ever had. But the fish needed to be seasoned, it was too bland. I saw other reviews mentioning delicious bread. We were not offered any, but this would have helped add to the meal. Bread or more substantial sides (instead of the toppings) are definitely needed, since the portions are on the smaller side. The carrot cake was pretty sweet, but a good way to end the meal. I loved the citrus crumble and the frosting. Next time I want to try one of the more exotic menu items.”

The Mac and cheese is not it for me though, it tastes like microwaved Mac and cheese and I would not recommend it. Daves hot chicken would’ve have gotten a 5 if the Mac and cheese tasted better.”

“Totally recommend a visit to this very affordable and fun location. The Chit Chat Cafe is in a gas station but it's super clean and very welcoming. And you will find easy parking. The service is also welcome and easy. You can order ahead or just look for a menu at the check out counter to order with the clerk. You can grab premade mango lassi (a MUST get) or get chais from premade from a machine (also exceptional). There is also a hot food holder for the samosas. Which I also 100% recommend Ordered the burrito and a vegetarian sampler. This is where it was hit or miss for me. All very well made and flavorful but I didn't love all the flavors... the butter chicken burrito was pretty great, excellent sauce. The veg platter was less perfect. First saag ever that I have not enjoyed and the dal makhani also was not to my taste. I think just a flavor preference as many things were fantastic. So give it a try and find the thing you love. It's worth the visit. It's also near the meadowlark botanical gardens and was a great treat after our visit there!”
