The cream cheese icing was perfect, and its creamy texture and sweetness perfectly complemented the cakes. I chose Salted Caramel, Marble, and Carrot flavors, which were all fantastic. Everyone loved them!“

“Coffee is good; I would have appreciated a cute design on my expensive coffee ?. There's plenty of space unless you come during peak hours. Food is pretty standard and pastries are nothing special. No wifi on weekends really sucks even in late afternoons where there's not many people but I understand the business decision.“

“We had a PI Day event today and we ordered over 20 pies. It was such a hit with everyone, and they even had the “PI” sign on it which looked AMAZING! We had sweet and savory pies and it was such a great variety. Veggie pie, chicken pot pie, Mexican pie, Sheppards, lemon tarts, blueberry, peach, apple. Etc you name it. Everybody loved it - delisious and delivered on time as promised. The manager was very kind throughout the ordering process and accommodating. I will be ordering from here again next year! The Maui salad was also excellent, with perfectly seared tuna, but had a very large salad portion. Only small down was my wife asked for the dressing on the side, and it came in two separate very tiny portions, maybe a tablespoon each at best…for a huge salad. Had to ask for more, and our server again brought two more tiny portions, which was then enough. Not sure how it would have come if we had not asked for the dressing on the side, one seemed to be for the tuna, the other for the actual salad itself. Either way, very good, but a very large salad, a bit too much for lunch.Again, very much enjoy coming here.Will I come back…absolutely!Would I recommend …most definitely!“

“I had to pick up items for a work breakfast the following morning to accommodate some attendees gluten sensitivites. As I walked in, tge glass case proudly displayed the beautiful offerings and I only wish I could have tasted everything. While there, I purchased a savory mushroom turnover, latte, and a chocolate heart cheesecake. The turnover was delicious. The pastry was flaky, savory, and mouthwatering. I'm not the biggest coffee drinker, and the kind lady that waited on me suggested the latte. Her assistant made a beautiful heart pattern with the frothed cream and it was delicious. I had the cheesecake dessert in the afternoon. It was not overly sweet like many. It was a good balance. I highly recommend the pastries and latte and will go back to try other itens. Definitely give this bakery a try.“

I opted for the Turkish breakfast platter which consisted of scrambled eggs, veggies including olives, assorted cheeses, and a Turkish bagel (Simit) with orange marmalade and honey. “We had such a good experience with Classic Bakery when we used them for our wedding cake in April 2024. From the very start, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Zahra was very helpful and the cakes were much better than any other cake place we tried. We ordered a 3 tiered caked with 3 different flavors: Mango, lemon with raspberry, and fresh strawberries cake. We just got it with plain buttercream icing and added the flowers for decorations ourselves. The delivery was on time and without any issues. Guests raved about the cake. We actually over ordered by 15 slices and the cake still got over! People were going back for multiple servings! Highly recommend using classic bakery!“

“Chirashi bowl here is my favorite. It's assembly is so pretty and it's very filling. The variety and quality of fish is really good! Service is fast and accommodating even when busy. My dad's allergic to egg, so they make sure to avoid adding imitation crab in his dish. Ambiance is casual and comfortable for any occasion dining. Seatings a bit cozy because it's a bit smaller size restaurant, but it doesn't feel too claustrophobic.“

“By far, from start to finish, this has been the best experience I have had with any business. I was looking into catering desserts for my daughter's first birthday, and everything was phenomenal. The staff was kind to put me in touch with the owner, where he gave customer favorite recommendations. We ended up ordering a number of cupcakes with various frosting flavors including vanilla, Raspberry, lemon, and chocolate hazelnut. They were all delicious but my favorite was the Raspberry. There were a number of delicious bars to choose from, and ended up choosing lemon bars, strawberry oat bars, Butterscotch blondies, and hazelnut brownie triangles. They were all phenomenal and it's hard to say which one was my favorite. The hazelnut brownie triangles were the first to go at the party. Everyone raved about all the desserts :)The owner and his staff were very prompt in communication and very patient with me as I finalized my order. They went above and beyond more than I could have asked for. I am forever grateful for all their team members and making my daughter's first birthday such a memorable experience. The service is very attentive, friendly and courteous. It can get very busy here especially on a Friday night so plan accordingly. But you cannot beat the food here. We love the preparations and care given to each dish. Our favorite is anything that they do with eggplant. I think we have tried them all and we have never been disappointed. I had no experience with any caterers in that area, and had never even been to the venue at which our workshop would be taking place. Contacting Sinplicity Catering was a VERY lucky break for me.Working with Lisa Anthony made everything so easy. She was very communicative and helped me navigate through ever-changing headcounts and dietary restrictions, made suggestions based on our budget, and was an all-around superstar.When we found out at the last minute that delivery drivers needed special clearance to access the space to set up, she was able to get us all the information we needed fast enough to ensure the background checks went through seamlessly.Our delivery folks, Herberth and Andy, were prompt and set everything up quickly and quietly and never disturbed the event going on in the same room. They were really delightful guys.The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, especially given the level of service we had. Everyone loved the food and were spotted taking the fun array of afternoon snacks with them to sub in for the boring airplane snacks they were sure to get on the way home.We ordered the Hearty Breakfast buffet with coffee, tea, and juices; then for lunch the Hickory House Hot Duo buffet with some vegan and vegetarian options; then for the afternoon, a selection of snacks including trail mix snack bags (with cute, custom M&Ms!), sinchex (homemade chex mix), and lots of their Taterdoodles cookies. The café also has cakes and other fresh bakery items for purchase. Service was quick and attentive. Prices are okay. The location is off Duke Street in an office mall. Plenty of parking. I had a blood test at the LabCorp nearby and was famished for breakfast after a long fast. The food hit the spot. Nice pictures of their country on the wall, regular tables and clean restaurant.“

“The sandwich I got was personally the best I’ve ever had. I got grilled chicken on whole wheat with fresh mozzarella, garlic Mayo, pesto, lettuce (which is shredded), roasted tomatoes, and avocado. It was toasted and everything was so fresh and delicious. I think it was slightly overpriced for a sandwich but it was delicious. I also wanted to try the pizza, and unfortunately I regret it. The crust had a strange taste and slightly weird texture. It just tasted doughy and floury even though it was fully cooked. I liked the crunch of the pizza and the flavor was decent. I did find the Italian seasoning or oregano on it overwhelming. I wish I had one closer to my house because the sandwich was truly amazing! Overall the service was good and they were nice. I don’t drink and I asked to not sit at the bar and they were totally fine with that and they warned me the service would be a bit slow. Nothing about my order was messed up and overall I was extremely pleased with my sandwich. I’m craving it now.“
