“This Subway off NorthHampton & located at 1270 Diamond Springs Road is Magnificent. My favorite cold cut trio was perfect and I even used the APP to order. I am difficult when it comes to toppings and they provided a perfect sandwich. The store's team were friendly and quick to provide our sandwiches. It is great to walk into this Subway and it is so clean and neat. We will be ordering again soon.“

“Subway has these new heros subs with freshly sliced meats. I got a chance to grab a Grand Slam and was not disappointed! Freshly sliced ham with provolone cheese on a toasted Italian roll with tomatoes, onions (and I added spinach and black olives) with a garlic aoli and it was a good combo!“

“The employees were two young men and they were very kind. Another gentleman paid for our food and the employee let us know privately. This subway was very clean and I have never received such amazing service at a smaller food place. I would recommend this particular subway to everyone.“

“Hands down the best subway sandwich and experience we’ve ever had! We went into this our normal subway which has been remodeled but we’ve been there since then. The look is very nice and clean but that isn’t what compelled me to make a review. Normally we order honey oat but they only had one left so we picked Italian as a substitute for one of the sandwiches. After scooping two scoops of tuna the sandwich artisan asked if I wanted to switch bread and explained that the bread seemed stale so I went with wheat. Every ingredient I added looked and was super fresh. The tuna was nice and moist as well. Our sandwiches were simply delicious to the point that my mouth is still watering after finishing it. Maybe the staff added to the flavor fullness of our meals but in any case we will be returning. We appreciate the care in treating us like valued customers when so many places where you can get a quick meal do not. Thanks again and we will absolutely be continuing to dine at this location! “I had an All American Club with Italian cheese which was very nice. The staff was so friendly and I like the fact that you see the way they build your sandwich. Will definitely try the Marinara Meatball next time.Very informal atmosphere which is good for friends getting together for a quick meet.“

“Let’s talk about how great Talia and David were tonight!?!?!?! The perfect duo to hold down this location without a doubt. I’ve been coming to this Subway since I purchased my home up the street in 2019 and I must tell you I have never had such amazing service as I did today. I barely got the door open when I was greeted by Talia’s cheery voice and David’s smile. From that moment they executed who was going to take what duties and rocked it out together. It’s been a long long long time since I’ve walked into a business and met not only 1 but 2 people who actually acted like they LOVED THEIR JOBS! I kept telling them how amazing they were because they just were and they needed to hear it and the management team needs to know it as well. Kudos to these two; the DYNAMIC DUO if you will; they are truly the definition of what customer service is all about and they both need to be recognized for it!!! I’ll definitely be coming back to see them because they are the type of SUNSHINE that everyone needs in their lives!!!!“

“Subway crosses my mind once every year and it's a craving I have to fulfill with my fingers crossed the location I visit is a great choice. Thankfully, this location was a good one! Pretty busy for an hour out from closing. Two employees & the wait was a bit long (15-20 minutes) to include them completing online orders. My sub was exactly what I wanted! So glad to break my hiatus on a good sandwich that has me wanting more.“

“Great service and able to accommodate on-line orders. Placed an on-line order on our way home from a full day at the Oceana Air Show. We normally don't have cheese on our sandwiches, but the sandwich artists thought we had forgotten while building our sandwiches on-line. They had to-go cheese packages waiting for us just in case. Extremely thoughtful and considerate. Glad this team and location is walking distance from our base housing, we will be back often.“

“When you've been to one subway it feels like you've been to them all. So it's really about the service you get. Everyone was friendly. They were very efficient in making the sandwiches and for them done quickly. There were only 4 of us but they were patient while we decided. The store was clean. The only downside was a bit of sticker shock at prices. We could have easily gone to a casual sit-down place and paid the same for a full meal not just sandwiches. But that's no reflection on the store, they did a good job making sandwiches.“

“You don't go to Subway for the menu, you go to ease your hunger, not much has significantly changed. The young man that took my order was polite and pleasant. My son made his selections and the young man was patient, listened, and provided exactly what an indecisive 8 yr old could asked for. He was efficient in preparing our meal, changing his gloves as needed and especially between customers.“

“My review is more about the honesty of the staff at this location than the food. My friends and I arrived in Virginia Beach late and this subway was the only thing still open. I somehow left my wallet and did not realize until the next morning. After retracing my steps I contacted Subway and was told my wallet was there. The employee asked me questions to verify my identity and my wallet was returned to me. ALL of my cash (over $300) was there along with all of my credit/debit cards. Honesty is rare in this day and I am extremely grateful for the honesty of all the employees at this location. Thanks again for playing your part to restore my faith in People!“
