“The food and ambiance were excellent. Our server was great until our food arrived but then sat in the back corner with other staff (perhaps on break) joking and in animated conversation. Whenever we needed anything, we had to flag down another server to get our servers attention. I reported this to the manager before we left do I assume the issue has been addressed.“

I can't attach my bill to show you what the tips SHOULD be if you decide to use their percentages...but I'm typing the figures in. I've shown tips for the amount before tax (which is standard) and the amount of the total bill (which this restaurant uses). The amounts I wrote in are what they SHOULD be compared to what they recommend. Total bill amount they use us $71.01, not the pre-tax amount, which is standard Recommended 18% = $15.84 but is actually 22%, not 18%. Actual 18% should be $12.78. Recommended 20% = $17.60 but it is actually 24%, not 20%. Actual 20% should be $14.20 Recommended 22% = $19.36 but is actually 27%, not 22%. Actual 22% should be $15.62 Don't take their word for it...compute your own tips!“

“The food was good and the service was ok .. we went for my 49th birthday I asked for grilled tomatoes and mushrooms on my prime rib I never got the tomatoes the mushrooms were sweet and we were not advised they would not just be grilled but they had a sauce I did advise my dissatisfaction to my server … I did not get any discounts I never got offered a dessert for bday I wouldn’t recommend going if you want great service …“
