“Stopped here during a road trip with my son in 2022. Wanted my son to experience having an old fashioned style burger. Bud Williams delivered! When you walk in, it definitely had the feel of stepping into an old soda shop from the 50's. From the fixed stools at the counter, to the old solid booths and tables. The aesthetics were exactly what I was lookin for! The burgers, fries and shakes were excellent and so fresh! However, I wasn't very pleased about the a la carte menu. They did have a written special for a burger, fries and coke but we wanted shakes and our waiter was clear about no substitutions. So, we had to order a la carte. Walked out spending only about $20 plus a tip but we didn't really leave physically satisfied. We both could've eaten more. So, the prices were just fine but the portions could've been bigger. When you order a double cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate shake, you expect to get a big burger, a basket of fries and a shake that fills the malt tin. The burgers were quite small. Even my double was gone in 4 bites. Was about the same size as a McD's double cheese. The fries came in a tiny basket. Maybe 20-25 fries tops. Also, about the size of a small order for McD's. The shakes weren't much bigger. Was hoping to get more for my buck but it's not the 1950's! Needless to say, we had to eat again in the next town but we were very satisfied with quality and taste of the food! If you visit here and you're hungry, order everything large and order 2 doubles! Please patronize this business!“

“The food was great! The service was fine and it was even nicer that they come to your table to take your order (you press a button at the table when you're ready to order). The price wasn't bad either. The only issue I had was the temperature. They had the AC set to make it uncomfortably cold.“

“We went for a little celebratory dinner and we were very please with our experience. The atmosphere was great it had the atmosphere of a bar and grill but we still enjoyed having our 6 year old accompany us. The burgers were delightful however my drink was quite heavy on bitters and i did have to cut it a little with sprite. I did however have amazing service and the server handled the request very well. Our server was Garrett an absolute sweet heart. We will definitely be returning.“

“The waitress was very rude. Didnt come back to us with coffee. Then to top it off, she wrote the bill $6 over . We knew it wasn't right. Cashier wasn't happy either. She rang up that amount & realized that it wasn't right too. Gave us our $6 back in cash. Benny just left to discuss this with him. We were not “

“Late's has the best malts in town. They also have really good cheese curds too. The only downfall is they only accept cash. They do have an ATM stationed outside in the vestibule but we do not go there as often because its an inconvenience.“

“I was here actually at the gas station which is connected to McDonald's so I didn't eat anything but the people in the gas station are very nice!! Gas station is called Dino stop what's reminds me of Sinclair because they have a fiberglass dinosaur mascot in the gas station building! :-)“

One of the highlights of our visit was the gentleman at the bar, Richard. He was very quick to make our drinks and was really easy to talk to. He was very kind and offered some good advice on what to order. Honestly, I would come back just to talk with Richard.“
