So the food was amazing. Had a delicious taste and we might consider coming back.However, server was sub-par. We placed our order. We kept calling the server to get refills and he did not Come. After like 30+ minutes the hostess came by and she had to get our refills for us. Mind you he kept stopping by the tables around ours but not ours. He wouldn't even look at us. After the hostess took our drinks he comes and asked if we need refills....30+ minutes later!! All the tables around us ate, left and new people came in and our food was nowhere to be seen. After an hour we asked how much more time it would be and he said it should be a few minutes. We finally got our food and saw that the new people around us got their food about 10-15 minutes after we did, yet they arrived 20-25 minutes prior to that. I think he just forgot to submit our order and our table in general. Did not tip due to this bad service.Gave the check out our feedback and hope he takes it into consideration.

Always Great Pizza. This has been our place to go for Pizza since 1988.2/11/24 Someone need to take this place over. Seems more closed than open. Don't know what the problem is But very Disappointing. Dorothy should have never sold.

We just moved to Falls and Ibtook the family to Firehouse after a long day of moving. The pizza is excellent, and the cheesebread was super good as well. The decor is very unique and this place has character!! We will definitely be back.
