I only ever go here for the food. I find it best to order online to pick up. The music inside is too loud to hear the servers. They they can never hear me, and they don't try. Most barely look at me. I just hate going in to order. I almost never get my food the way I want it. It is too much work. Using their app gets me much better results.

Right time of day wasn't majorly busy. Didn't have to wait long.
Our party of 4 walked in at 9:45pm. The hours posted online and on the door say open til 10. We drove out of the way to get there, and the employee told us the only thing available was a quesadilla because they had already put all the food away. Closing early on a Saturday night? I've worked my share in the food industry and in retail. You don't turn customers away if you're not closed. Very poor service

It's pretty much a Chipotle. Food was ok, nothing great. Price was better than Chipotle, so it has that going for it.They spice up their meat, I think. It tastes "mexicanized" without any real spices. My Latinos are sad.

It’s a fast food restaurant, so the service is going to be dependent on who you happen to run into. Obviously they rotate through employees regularly. But in general they have always been friendly and competent. They keep the place pretty clean and it is equally good as any Qdoba you will visit. If you figure out exactly which ingredients are the perfect combination for your particular taste, I think anybody could thoroughly enjoy this food. it’s pretty deliciousVegetarian options: They have about 20 non-meat ingredients, including two types of beans. I’m pretty sure they even have a meat substitute. This is definitely a place I would go often if I was a vegetarian

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Lately, the food has gone downhill but tonight was absolutely terrible. The brown rice was rock hard, I had them remake my bowl and they made it with the same rice. Rock hard once again. So I didn't eat. Everything that was under the light on the buffet looked old and dried out. My husband got nachos, with a bunch of broken chips. They wanted to charge us for more chips. Atmosphere wasn't friendly or accommodating. Keep your money and go to a better establishment. This place is just trash.
Went to the store and was picking up for me and another person. My gf chose one of the featured menu items that had all of the options already selected for you, but when I got there the staff were clueless and were super snappy and rude when I tried describing the item. Still good food but horrible customer service and I don't dine in because the tables and floor are sticky and usually have food on them

I like to order the bowls because I am gluten free which makes this one of the few options for fast food. Then manager was helpful and friendly. The queso and chips is a perfect appetizer. I always have leftovers for the next day.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
Very disrespectful and workers give smirks the whole time while making your food and you ask for extra anything. They claim they would like to make it better and to email them at their customer service email but they never get back to you. They’re lucky the food is good but the worst service in town. Should probably make it right by responding to emails.
