I’ve had workers cuss me out, even waited 45 minutes for my food, asked for a refund and they told me I could leave if I didn’t like it. Workers are crackheads and losers. Fire everyone and shut down this location ASAP.

Hello there, this is Dan with Final Destination Towing & Salvage based in Sheboygan, WI. My family and I love this Taco Bell the best out of the whole Sheboygan area!!
Not always the fastest taco bell ,but I understand there's a lot of staff shortage in the fast food industry ,but whenever I go to this Taco Bell, the food is always good. And the staff is always super nice. Thanks to everyone who works here and feeds me dinner when I don't want to cook.

At 11:30 pm I stopped at this Taco bell. The employee answered over the speaker that they where closed. This is not the first time this has happed. Why is it that the store is closed 2 and half hours before the time list on Google maps and on their own door.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The service was horrible and my food had several busted sauce packs all over it. The drink I ordered had no taste or carbonation. The "manager" put so much food in the bag it broke when she was handing it to me. I will never go back to this location. Whoever the owner is they need to clean house before the employees bankrupt them. Go to the south side location the service and food is much better.

Had a late night craving after the Emo Orchestra concert in town last night. Asked if they had nacho fries and responded "Nice!" The cashier replied "No, not nice...." Got our order that was 2 beefy burrito melts and they were two different sizes. Worst part was that I didn't get my nacho cheese sauce for the fries, and I couldn't even go back because the cashier hated nacho fries so much, it was most likely his intention to refrain customers from ordering them again. He didn't more than that-my experience at this Taco Bell specifically made me turn my New Year's Resolution into never eating Taco Bell again. Mission accomplished, Sir!??

Employee wearing black hat and glasses dropped my debit card in the drive thru before I could grab it from them, and as I proceeded to grab it from the ground from my car, the employee sits there laughing at me. They did not sound very enthusiastic over the speaker when taking my order either. Very unprofessional behavior. Absolutely not coming here during night shift.

Order took a little longer than anticipated, and then was wrong altogether. Another gentleman's order was never even received as he waited in the dining room for his food. He never got his food and promptly left shaking his head.
This location is know for its issues every time I try to go here oh the lobby's closed oh the drive throughs closed oh its gonna be a 40 min wait oh price just increased, just save yourself some trouble if you want some taco's go to two amigos your gonna get more for less.

T-bell would be my #1 fast food joint if they were more consistent. They always are either closed or opening hours late. T-bell needs to pay better to motivate the team better. Get one good manager with 3 or 4 solid team members and that place would be rockin!

I did a delivery ordered of the Crunchwrap, vegan fries and 5 pack each of two different hot sauce. When the delivery driver drop off my order and left, I went and open my order. All I got was the Crunchwrap. So I had called back and they said that they were out of fries. I ask if I can get a refund and they said no because I already paid for it? I was so mad.. I said, if you were out, why didn’t you guys call me and tell me that it’s out and offer something else around that price? Plus on top of that I didn’t even get my damn sauce!!! They said they can’t help it. Got me so mad. I would have went to the restaurant and make a big fuss but I was at work and can’t leave. Never again will I order from Taco Bell’s.

Tacos are essentially my after-work beer. I drop by, use the tablet to order, get my food, and go. I order mostly the same thing every time. Sometimes it's good, sometimes its not. You can tell the staff want to do well, and sometimes they miss. Occasionally their dining room is locked midday. Sometimes they are fast, sometimes they are slow. They gave me a handful of "free tacos" coupons last time I waited for a while. That was nice but I usually don't use the cash register to place orders so I probably won't use them. It's fast food; it is what it is. 4 STARS
