“We visited here on a business dinner. The waiter suggested the special. Blackened sirloin with bourbon mushroom glaze. It was delicious. Then we topped it off with flan.... What a dinner.Thank you.”

If you like diverse approaches to meat plates then this is definitely worth checking out. There's more than that, brussel sprouts like I've not had elsewhere, but the meat is the star. “On a recent trip to Wyoming I spent time in Casper taking in their local brewery culture. I have to say this was the most hopping one in town as there was some special event going on here. Despite that I got waited on pretty efficiently. The beer that Steve and I had from Oil City was the Mexicali Lima which was a Mexican Lager which we enjoyed quite a bit. Flavor features that you can find with this beer are lime and breadiness. The lager is very light bodied which is nice to experience for sure. I also liked their t shirt swag so purchased one of those as well. Would like to try out more of their beers but perhaps when there isn't something going on there and it's more laid back and chill.”

“I recently had and enjoyed the Night Train Oatmeal Stout from Skull Tree Brewing. Coming to this brewery while visiting Casper was my first one on a recent trip I did. I have to say Casper's craft beer scene is pretty impressive now as there is a variety of them to pick from whereas many years ago there wasn't much of a brewery community here at all. So I am very glad to see this! The staff was also very friendly as well and that was an extra bonus for sure. Getting back to the Night Train Stout, flavor features to look for with this beer are roastiness, coffee and chocolate. The beer is full bodied and nice and smooth. I bought a t shirt here as well making this brewery experience complete. I loved the art on the crowler I got and will keep it with other cans in which their art I appreciate!”

“I really enjoy this place. Great people who seem to care about the players. They are happy to answer questions to. The only issue I noticed was wait time for someone to come to the drink counter but I understand it's one person running drinks to the whole place. And we won a bit so that was exciting!”

“Mountain hops makes the most original and flavorful beers in Casper, maybe even Wyoming. Sure, Casper has bigger fancier breweries and they're just fine, but Mountain Hops takes their beer to an art form. The brewhouse is a quaint little place with a nice patio area. It's not fancy, but it makes up for that with a top tier product.”

“Amazing burritos! All ingredients are cooked and seasoned perfectly. The churros we're the right balance of crispy and doughy and the ice cream with it was creamy and flavorful. Drew was super fun and nice. The space is upscale-industrial and there's a bar. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.”

“The food wasn't bad for a hotel. I ordered a double burger medium. I got medium if you average the 2 patties. One was well and the other was almost raw. Flavor was fine, could use some seasoning. Ordered steak Caesar to start but they didn't have the steak part "ever" according to the server. Server was very friendly and attentive. If you are in the local hotels, it is worth a try.”

“Checked into hotel later than anticipated after a long drive and needed a decent meal. Front desk recommended the hotel restaurant and given the hour, we decided to give it a try. Turned out to be a great choice. The fish and chips were cooked to perfection and the salad salad was delicious. Husband also enjoyed the brownie cheesecake for dessert. While we were enjoying our meals, we noticed impressively sized hamburgers and onion rings brought to another table and commented we may have to return give them a try. Even though the restaurant/bar was staffed with only one server, she did an amazing job taking care of customers. We loved having had a good meal and a pleasant evening”

I was almost shocked to see that amazing smell coming from a funny looking boglim in the corner with his carer or mom? Making the most strange noises like “joshie” and talking to him self. The building has a unique floor plan. It is accessible for limited mobility customers however it will be a little more challenging.”

“Ordered birthday cookies last min, and then needed them a day early due to last min surgery. They were wonderful, and very accommodating to my crazy life and schedule. Their cookies were amazing. “Stopped by on a Sunday morning around 1030a. There were about 5 cars in line, but it's broken up into two sides so pick the shortest line. They're not super fast, but I don't mind so long as they make the drinks right. Prices are reasonable and they have tons of options and flavors to choose from. I got an iced oat milk latte and added Irish creme flavoring. Good stuff. The credit card payments had a hiccup, but otherwise a smooth and tasty visit. Plus treats for my pup! Close to the I-25 freeway so convenient too.”

When I picked it up, it was definitely fresh— hot food and cold sushi. I was so happy to have such great sushi. Portion size of pad Thai was generous. “Great atmosphere and espresso. Truly one of my favorite coffee shops. I diverged a bit from my traditional Americano/drip coffee and got a "Spicy" Oatmilk Chai. It was way over-sweetened and had the texture of condensed milk even at fairly high temperature. I had the barista dump out a bit of it and replace it with hot water. Still a little too sweet for a Spicy Chai but it became somewhat drinkable. I had also requested it to be extra-hot since I didn't want to start drinking it right away. They assured me it was "pretty hot" to which I replied "hotter would be better". They didn't steam it any longer after my request and it came out at about 140 degrees which is on the low end of acceptable hotness for a latte-style drink.”

“After moving back to Casper after 25 years away in New Orleans, it's nice to be able to purchase a Frosty instead of hearing "Our machine is broken" and also actually getting what I ordered and having it be hot. I boycotted Wendy's in New Orleans for years, after once receiving a cold burger. Not just cool but cold. New Orleans fast food workers are the worst. So, the fact that I'm willing to eat at Wendy's again is because of Casper. Go inside and get your go order, the drive-through line is always ridiculous.”
