Pulled up, no one was here., Order 2 coffees, they said just a minute. They had to brew. I pulled up 10 minutes later. I go inside. They still did not bring me my coffee forgot all about me took my money. Nobody seemed to be carrying.

This store has to be the worst in the whole country. I've been to every state in lower 48 and this mc Donald's location has the worst service I have experienced. They can't figure out how to take off pickle and ketchup off a sandwich to save a life.Then I'm asked to pull forward after 3 attempts at making order right the manager comes out didn't feel I pulled forward far enough hold my order out so I have to pull forward to satisfy her! Very very disappointed!

Ordered a large meal and received a half - full French fry box. They were also out of large cups and medium sized cup lids with no notice posted anywhere, so we ended up just leaving without our drink. The ranch cup we ordered was coated in a sticky brown liquid. Service was very slow - there was a number of crew members behind the counter but only one lady running the food.

While the service on front counter was great. The food I received was not, it was slapped together, I bet a 2year old could do a better job. The atmosphere was ehhh alright I guess, I've definitely seen better.

Came through the drive through and someone was at the outside lane so I went to the inside lane. Radio silence. I watched 3 separate cars go through and get their order taken on the outside lane before I gave up and backed out to the outside lane. Once I got there I sat for about 5 minutes before someone took my order. During that time I heard a woman screaming at a person(s) and I scanned the entire lot everyone’s car and could not find the screaming woman. Which gives me reason to believe that this yelling was happening inside the store. I really hope that a manager was not speaking to their employees like that it’s extremely unprofessional and creates a toxic environment. All in all, I sat in that drive thru for a a little under 20 minutes and I ordered only 2 items.

Bummer, because you know how good their fries can be. Sandwich was not warm and I even ordered it special, thinking they would make a fresh one. Again, what a bummer because had it been hot and fresh it would have been great. Keeping things consistent I see they are Still the worst McDonald's in the state of not the country. Thought I'd give them a chance but I do t know why I bother.

This place sucks. It’s dirty. Only employs the dirtiest of people. Saw an employee dude there eat his own boogers one time. I had probably a 15 minute argument over a breakfast sandwich made incorrectly. I just wanted 1 simple sausage McGriddle…they gave me a sausage egg and cheese l…I went back asked for one with sausage only…they gave me one with cheese on it…went back and was told “they all come with cheese, every sandwich has cheese on it, if I don’t like it you need to tell the person taking your order” it took them a good 20 minutes to crank out two pieces of bread with sausage in the middle.This place SUCKS just wait until you get to Casper to eat, at least their crack heads understand what NO CHEESE MEANS. Fyi I did tell the women I’ll demolish my underwear if I eat cheese. She told me to “grow up”…yeah just grow up, be tolerant to dairy.They also don’t issue receipts apparently you have to ask for one of those too.I have to mention every person working has some sort of drug injection sight on their scabby arms. It’s probably a health hazard eating food from this place.

I had a hair in my drink. The food tasted weird, and the fries tasted like they weren’t fresh/from a couple days ago.Wheelchair accessibility: I think it would be very hard to use a wheelchair there because it had lots of snow; like the did not get moved very much.
