Absolutely doesn't matter when you order or pre-order or if your number is at the top of the list or not constantly getting parked even though I pre-order still have to spend 10 minutes waiting in line no matter what this McDonald's must have the poorest rating of any McDonald's anywhere. And so much for golden brown hash browns and french fries more like white gold totally undercooked.
Waited quite awhile for service when I was the only one on the customer side and about 6 employees yaking on the other side, ignoring customers. Seems to be more the norm than not anymore.

They gave us stale tortilla in grilled chicken wrap and my cheeseburger was a patty short then I complained and they replaced it but giving us a stale bun on my remake cheese burger and a dried out wrapped in have junior chicken patty in wrap and missing the extra bacon I paid for and the crew member I dealt with took my recipt so now I can't even complain to head office I was very displeased
