Hi owner, I have to update my review to a 3 star. Lately the evening staff talk a lot on shift ignoring customers / and not helping the one person who is actually trying to work and food is not nearly as good. Chili was super watered down and literally almost cold. I shouldn’t have to microwave my food from you guys just to eat it. Is that even safe serving temp? This place is a busy place. They serve coffee, ppls life juice. Always beyond kind to me. They know my order. They rarely, if ever screw it up and every morning my day starts with a smile and a laugh. Shane the manager...top notch, great guy! I can't say enough good things about him and the amazing team he has. I do not go to any other Timmies because...why??? Why change locations when, you alreadygo to the best!! SOUTHGATE TIMMIES!!!!
