Store is not 24 hr despite signs everywhere stating it is. Was closed at 4:15 am February 19Link provided by timhortons does not work so cannot respond that way. I arrived hoping to get a coffee before getting in the line for the ferry at 5:15 was about 4:15 AM. Lights were on and there were two employees inside. Drive thru screens were blank so I knocked on the door and the employees waived me away.....

Aggressive window staff! Wow! This worker obviously comes to work to try and fight customers. Literally punches your order into your hand. I have talked to friends that use this location and have also been met with hostility. Always works afternoons. Great job hiring this guy management. Sad!

Hi owner, I have to update my review to a 3 star. Lately the evening staff talk a lot on shift ignoring customers / and not helping the one person who is actually trying to work and food is not nearly as good. Chili was super watered down and literally almost cold. I shouldn’t have to microwave my food from you guys just to eat it. Is that even safe serving temp? I really want to leave my 5 star but for now adjusting it until the evening / night staff do a better job. The doughnut selection has been really poor in evening as well. Day staff tho —top tear. And do a fantastic job. This is just an evening issue we’ve noticed on multiple occasions.Their doughnuts here are always super fresh and made with care. Many of the Tim Hortons locations have rubbish baked goods but here is actually good. Seems like they actually take their time and make them well. Staff are super friendly and attentive and the location is clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
