Used to LOVE Tims! Service and availability of products has gone downhill. Went for an XL steeped tea tonight 6:45 pm, to get me through the night. Unfortunately they only had enough tea for a large. Ordered XL coffee instead...get to the window and am handed a large coffee...If I wanted large Id have stuck with the tea that I really wanted. couple of weeks ago ordered XL and was handed a cup not quite 3/4 full...ran out of coffee and closing soon. charged for XL anyway. Never know when they will be opened or closed....often very little selection of donuts...Not such a loyal customer anymore
