Service is so slow. Restaurant Brands Inc. (owners of Tim Hortons) also owns many fast food restaurants, but still hasn’t upgraded the way customers are served. One cashier takes the order, then fills the order before moving on to the next person. Archaic.
Ordered through Door Dash and quickly realized after I placed my order I wasn’t able to pick out my doughnuts. I called asap and whomever I spoke with was probably the most helpful person I have ever had when ever I’ve had to correct any order from anywhere.. Ever. He was polite, quick and just made it easy. Didn’t act like I was a burden or an annoyance. Hope he’s a manager because he should definitely be in a leadership role.

The lady who works at 5 AM in the drive thru is a delight. I don't know if you're a morning person or not, but you definitely don't seem miserable to be there--and I'm grateful for you.
