“Absolutely delicious. I ordered the Chilli (without the sour cream and cheese), big yummy chunks of meat and was the perfect size in my opinion. The garlic toast was also fresh and house made garlic butter. My husband ordered the beef brisket burger and was just as happy with his meal. I also ate some of his fries, heavily seasoned but sooo good.“

“If you want a cosy place to watch a game and eat some delicious food, this is it! We came here on Sunday to watch Canucks against Oilers, were told by a server that no tables inside were available and were offered a table in their patio area. That wasn’t going to to be an option for us as the game was showing inside only. So a very lovely middle aged gentleman by the name of Bob has so kindly offered to share his table with us. We managed to organise 3 chairs from around other tables and joined Bob for a wonderful evening, enjoying drinks and food whilst watching Canucks win! Bob was a star, although he was an Oilers fan, he was so friendly and joy to be around, if anything, it is representative of the warmth of the place. Bob turns out to be a regular. I understand this review has pretty much became about Bob at this point, but don’t mistake it. If the place has friendly regulars like Bob, you absolutely should visit it. Definitely will be back soon!Food was delicious, I would highly recommend their curly fries, they’re freshly cut and fried, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and adequately seasoned. We also had spring rolls and chicken wings. Both were delightful.“

“Great little hole in the wall. Diner style, nothing fancy but the food is home cooked and delicious. I had corned beef hash and the man had a ham scramble. We were so hungry we forgot to take pics! The menu is robust and the service is neighbourly and down home. Lots of regulars that the servers called by first name. I would definitely go back but maybe not at peak hours or Saturdays. “If you are in Vancouver and want an amazing dining experience, we highly recommend Lift Bar and Grill. We dined here for supper on June 3, 2023, and absolutely loved the atmosphere as well as the food! Waterfront dining (they provide indoor/outdoor and roof top dining), with the water and mountain views was spectacular as we watched the sunset on the water. Our server Sean was very pleasant and courteous and made our time there very enjoyable. We started with Caesars and Soughdough Baguette, and then shared a Scallop & Prawns Linguine (we have smaller appetites). Both were absolutely Amazing dishes! The surprise birthday dessert was very much appreciated and delicious! We would say the cost is average for Vancouver restaurant dining.
