“I have never reviewed a Tim Horton's before. Whoever manages this store needs to give Jenny a raise. I have never seen someone manage to be intense, effective, professional, and clear all while remaining so personable and lovely. I would drive an extra 10 mins to be served by her than a different TH. Hopefully the store manager knows what they have and her pay is competitive.“
“The staff are overworked due to the homeless situation in Victoria, in terms of their washrooms. They keep their family washroom closed due to finding people camping or showering inside, which sounds like it can make quite a mess for the staff.While I find it completely frustrating to have to wait to use a washroom when there is another one available, often to find that the toilet paper has all been taken or used or the washroom in disrepair due to the situation, I can still have some sympathy for the staff. They shouldn't have such a burden being placed on them.Our government should be doing more to ensure proper washroom/shower facilities for the homeless, which can then be cleaned by someone other than the fine folks who are making our breakfast. But I think they're leaving these people to rot as a warning to the rest of us.“
“Best Tim Hortons we've been to! We usually get the crispy chicken breakfast bowls and at this Tim Hortons they always make them to perfection. The bowls are always extremely tidy, and taste incredible! All the food and drinks we get here are always made with care, and they never run out of supplies or ingredients like the other Tim Hortons locations always seem to do. That's why we make the extra effort to come here instead of closer locations.“
“The workers are great and very kind! I think this is one of the hardest locations to work at. I appreciate their professional attitude and their patience. I know that some of them are international students and it is amazing they can provide a good service in their second language. It's not easy, I know this from experience. I feel that a lot of the customers tend to overlook this fact and are very unfair to the workers.Thank you to the store staff for your excellent service. Keep up the good work.“
“Usually this place isn’t bad but 2 days in a row you guys are out of very pertinent breakfast items were unavailable. Yesterday in the drive through we were told “we don’t have egg, sorry” with no sort of explanation like being out of stock or the cooker is broken. And then today we are told “no we only have multi grain and no sausage because we are in the middle of restocking.” At 10 am. Management needs to get their stuff together because for a fast food/mainly breakfast place, it’s quite disappointing to come and not be able to get breakfast…“

“Came in on a late Friday night a little while ago and had a very good time. The food was really good and I had amazing service, the guy who helped me out was incredible, when I asked for his name he said it was Camilo, so shoutout to him I suppose, he was very nice and well spoken and was patient with me when I was ordering, 10/10 customer service“
“We had to make a stop on this location before heading back to Vancouver and Nelson the staff who was working today went above our expectation even his working solo at the front at that time he exceeded our expectation he is a great kid with an excellent customer service wishing all tim hortons locations has someone like Nelson.“
“They have improved a lot from when I last rated them. I personally think it is the people working now. There are some very nice and genuine staff who actually remember how their customers like their order. I like the diversity in the store. Our favorite is the afternoon crew (the ones who fulfills our orders between 245pm and 330pm.“
“Amazing customer experience!The entire Tim’s Staff were very friendly and helpful.Was so dead tired that day and I placed a mobile order and didn’t even realize that I set a different location for my order fortunately was accommodated by Tina I believe she’s the assistant manager of the store. She was very nice and just asked for my eReceipt and still gave my order despite it was my fault not setting the Esquimalt Store. Very considerate and lovely lady. Went above and beyond! “The people were friendly. My daughter wanted a Beyond Burger, and the cashier asked if it was a good burger because she wanted to try it. The service was quick and we enjoyed what we tried there. This Tim Hortons is located in the Mayfair Shopping Centre Food Court.“
“Never have an issue at this location, I walk in Michelle knows my order, we have a quick chat about recent Netflix shows. Michelle is a great employee, and then I am on my way to work.She always makes sure I have what I need before I leave.Not sure why others are dumping on this place, beats having to pay $8.00 daily for a Starbucks latte, tip included.Robert“
“Great place to coffee and food. I usually have the breakfast sandwich on a bisket. Sausages,and cheese. It is yummy, and black coffee. I usually take my travel mug,and fill it, so I can drink it while do my buissness. Otherwise I drink Nabob. It tastes great. My favorite coffee.“
“I just wanted to shoutout Josh from this location. Yesterday, one of his co-workers mis-heard me in the drive through (and tbh wasn’t very kind about it and was certain I ordered wrong… I can hear you even in my car lol). I was charged for food I didn’t order and the total was $$$. After I tapped my card, I realized the order was wrong. Josh did the MOST for me. The register machine wouldn’t refund me and Josh was willing to try everything before alternative options (like a gift card). Josh + the co-worker with a beard… legends! Your costumer service skills are top-notch and deserve some recognition.“
“They are busy and underpaid and and there when you are too lazy to make your own coffee or are out and about. I personally need the expresso shot in my coffee or their isn't much Flavor, donuts are decent but prices went up recently ?, thank you so much for being there when I needed a everything bagel toasted with herb ? and garlic ?“
“Scott, the owner, was so wonderful and accommodating! We were on a cruise excursion and our stop here was part of that. He had our orders ready when we arrived, despite 2 other bus tours and regular customers in the shop. My daughter was upset about something completely unrelated and he went out of his way to make her day! Loved our experience here and the food and drinks were yummy!“
