“The 711 by the highway has it’s issues but definitely has some good qualities.The store is a preferred choice of mine between others on the highway, only due to the friendly environment that I’m usually accustomed to. I genuinely feel welcomed and comfortable when talking to a lot of the workers there.I’ve been dissatisfied with the bathrooms (in the past) but it seems lately it’s been improved.The coffee machines were a big favourite of mine and I did get a soapy, watery taste in my hot chocolate (only a few times) due to the employees neglecting to put an “Out of order sign” on it. However I was kindly issued a refund and received an apology, which I appreciated the employee taking accountability for.Overall I think as of recently the store is going in a better direction and is actively trying to improve itself.“
