the garlic waffle fries transported me. im not sure to where, a place of bliss in the cosmos probably. i wish my sangria came in a more whimsical glass instead of a regular bar glass but again, i was having an out of body experience
Was doing a bit of a pub crawl in downtown Victoria for research for our restaurant. Popped into an old university favorite, Darcy's. The special of the day was a delicious cheeseburger for $10. Great atmosphere, as usual.

It‘s a pub. But one of the better ones I‘d say. Great location, great atmosphere while coming in to watch a hockey game. Servers asked a few too many times whether we wanted more and were too eager to clear our items, but otherwise very friendly. The food was good, no complaints! Solid choice if you‘re looking for a pub.
