Yesterday I was trying to place an order for when I got off work I could go a pick it up. I tried over 10 times to call with no answer. I could of gone somewhere else but I like their food. So after not getting any answer I drive down walk in to find the place completely empty the two staff where at the back as the guy made his way up I asked him if the phones weren’t working cause I wanted to place an order for pickup but no answer. He chuckled and said the phones are in the back and we don’t hear them with the music on. I kindly showed him the amount of times I called to place an order. His only reaction was to laugh and ask why I would even attempt to make so many calls. At that point I was frustrated and hungry I placed my order and went and sat in my car for 15 minutes until my food was ready. I did get it finally. I try to support local but this place is making it very hard. Either turn the music down and or turn the ringers up on your phones.
