“Thank you google search for coffee near me for finding me this place! Great friendly service by the staff. Had a delicious and perfect colored vanilla latte! I ordered a chocolate croissant which for me was too much chocolate. Usually they have a tiny bit of chocolate but this thing was packed with chocolate throughout. I just wanted more croissant flavor but thats a me problem. Would 100% come back here and try more pastries and their food. Great local coffee shop that I am happy to keep visiting. Support local always!“

“Just went to One Love with my daughter. I would recommend this cafe. Stop in for a quick pick up or stay and hang out in front of a wall fireplace. They have coffee, tea, smoothies, milkshakes and a variety of food. Love the atmosphere! Owner was very friendly. Always nice to see the owner out and talking with customers. A little skeptical at first because my daughter had a bad experience with the last owner (didn’t pay her on time). Check it out!“

“This is a really spacious location compared to other locations they have in the area. Many tables for seating! A few people were waiting for their drinks and socializing. Cozy little spot. This is conveneient across from Ramen Nagi and Son & Garden as well.I recommend the Mango Mochi Coconut Pudding and the Jasmine Coconut Pudding! These are my favorites, but definitely get pricey. For drinks, my go-to is the Da Hong Pao (DHP) Latte with Jelly! Very fragrant tea, but still creamy from the milk. A well balanced milk tea.“

“My FAVORITE coffee shop by far. Cutest interior, the vibes are so good. I love their lattes and seasonal flavors (hazelnut and lavender are both SO good). The acai bowls, coffee, and baked goods are all top notch delicious. Baristas are so nice and friendly, perfect coffee spot.“

“It was fun going during the soft opening of Palmetto Superfoods in Burlingame (there are other locations in the Metreon, on Union Street, and on Clement Street in San Francisco, with another planned for Santana Row). I learned a lot by speaking with the super friendly and deservedly-proud owner. This location in Burlingame is a really cool little spot diagonally across from Safeway and has a sweet public rooftop sitting area. And I love that everything is plant-based except the honey and bee pollen, but they have a vegan apple honey — which is absolutely delicious — as a superior substitute. Anyway, with a choice of bowls (and smoothies), one could choose a set one on the menu or customize everything with unlimited bases and toppings — as long as it fits in whatever size bowl you choose (yup, I totally went large). I opted for the Bay Blend, but swapped out the strawberries (not really my thing) for toasted coconut flakes (most definitely my thing). The bowl was quickly layered by the friendly employee, who looked like she was excited for her next opportunity to surf, at least in my imagination. From the açaí, pitaya/dragonfruit, and chia pudding on the bottom to the banana and almond butter in the middle to the granola, blueberries, and toasted coconut, etc. on top, it was scrumptious and satisfying. Wanting to try a little more deliciousness, I decided to take a Midnight Beach smoothie to go. Now that I’m gone, I know I’ll be back!“

“I've always liked happy lemon since their taste of all the happy lemon drinks in different branches have always stayed consistent. It's my first time at this particular location & I came at a slow time during mid day which is nice since the other locations I've been usually gets packed. The ambiance of this location is so nice since it's so clean inside & it's located near a lot of different food chains. Totally would go back to this location.“

“Originally I came to try their Taro 2.0 drink but it seems to always be out of stock.....My second choice was the Oreo Matcha which I really liked. Boba was nice and chewy. Alterations to non-dairy milk is included, which I appreciate since most places charge extra. However I think ~$8 is a bit pricy, especially for the smaller sized cup. If they ever replenish their Taro drink I shall return.“

“Addicted to their new heniken 0% beer drink. It has a very smooth rich profile that blends the flavors of a good brew with a fine lime green tea. Very unique flavor based on about 10yr of Boba enjoyment . Love it. It's a reason it's signature. I had 2 if not 3. Great way to cool down and I'm sure the rest of the drinks are just as great.Seating is good and it can get crowded. There is online ordering and kiosk.Parking: Park a block away at the street lots. No parking on this busy street. Plus side it's very walkable.“

“This location is super clean and well laid out with a few seats, well designed and laid out, tons of free parking, given it's located in a strip mall, across from TJ Maxx and next to a Starbucks. I went in today and was super motivated to get one of their smoothies, parched with thirst and despite it being freezing cold and windy, it really would've hit the spot. I don't know or understand what the latest thing is with so many restaurants and food/drink places where they have menu with boards on top of your head, or the scanning with your phones where you can only read the menu on the phone. I must be old fashioned and showing my 61 years of age because I want and need a real menu, either peper or laminated or something where I can hold, touch and feel it, because it enables me to properly take my time and read it. If I have to squint and strain my already myopic astigmatic eyes with my coke bottle eyeglasses, I'm straining to reas the fine print, and frankly, by the time, I'm done with the heavy lifting of straining just to read th damn thing, I'm done. I'm just freaking done. I don't want the food or the drink anymore, I'm irritated and frustrated with the simple process of ordering which has now become an ordeal and harder than if I'd made the damn thing myself. To be fair, the customer service here was really friendly and helpful but it was just one of those days where I needed a real menu. Geez what a codger I've become.“

“Usually the taco deals on Doordash suck because of the low review taco spots . However , this was the only highly rated place that didn't concentrate on tacos like they others . This place does it legit . Every single ingredient had flavor in it. And it was the first time I had a manglonada.Don't know how they get mangos so sweet , but they have all the classic ingredients.You can tell from the neighborhood that it has to be legit . Latin population in the area would hate it if they were washed out places like the ones only serving calorie conscious crowds.Glad i was able to discover this shop. Super super recommended“

Rose vanilla milk tea with lychee jelly was a nice new drink to try.The free sample was also such a sweet touch and lifesaving for this momma running on empty.“

“This is our absolute new favorite tea place. I don't love boba but our family does so Tea Hut is perfect for us because they have mini taro balls that have the same chew as boba but with a bit more flavor. We love all the unique flavors and combos like the Emerald Grape with the fresh spinach taste and the Coco Grape with the grapefruit pulp and coconut milk with grape. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. We have been back almost weekly for our favorites and to try new drinks! We love anything taro and the taro mud is interesting and flavorful!“

“Was walking by and I was greeted with a smile from the manager of the store. So I decided to try. The juices were impressive and the manager she was phenomenal with her service and I discovered a phenomenal product which goes a long way nowadays. Unfortunately, I forgot her name but the young lady was just extremely helpful. And the prices are affordable if you join the membership , when you think about it it’s more affordable than paying for seven dollar Starbucks coffee, nothing against Starbucks, but I will take a healthy drink over a cup of coffee filled with sugar.“
