This was by far, the WORST experience we have ever had at any Panda location! We walked in at 545pm. Prime time dinner hour right? Food in the warming trays looked like it had been sitting there since lunch. Just a note: there were no other customers in the restaurant. There were 2 cooks (one a manager?) And 2 servers who did not look very busy. We weren't offered a sample. Did Panda stop doing this? We expressed to the server that all the Beijing beef and steak (our 2 favorites)...read full review
The food tasted as it was there for hours, I got the 2 entrée plate with chow mein, orange chicken, and teriyaki. The chow mein was a little burnt and dry. Orange chicken was almost as hard as a rock. And teriyaki was just a little burnt. For as much as we are paying now for food, you'd expect it to be edible, at least. I will say the location was well kept and clean. Service could have been a little faster as no one was there besides us.
