“Over the last two years it's been a tradition to come here after getting picked up or before getting dropped off at the Burbank airport. I love coming and seeing the new pancake specials. Everything on the menu is delicious.Parking can be difficult on the weekends. Also the wait on the weekend can be long but again worth it.“

“Yakumi is one of my go-to sushi spots in the valley! Their sushi always tastes extremely fresh, service is very fast and friendly, and there's always plenty of seating inside and outside. I got the Yakumi box with seaweed salad, spicy salmon roll, and baked crab roll. I also got an order of Hanabi (spicy tuna with crispy rice). The highlights of the meal are definitely the baked crab hand roll and the salmon nigiri with truffle soy sauce. Insider tip: ask to add crispy onions in the baked crab roll! I've been to Yakumi several times, this most recent visit the rice didn't stick very well to the salmon roll, as well as the pieces of nigiri. The rice kept separating when dipped in soy sauce, however it still was tasty. Yakumi is a great choice for a casual yet delicious sushi spot.“

“Republik Coffee is as solid as it gets. It has good food, good coffee, and a good ambiance, which makes it a great hang out spot.The breakfast burrito, an almond danish, and a hazelnut cappuccino. It's not a large breakfast burrito, but I felt like all off the ingredients were good quality. The danish was good,and the cappuccino was solid as well.“

“The guy who runs this place is a super cool, genuinely nice dude. Burgers are satisfying. The one thing that could upgrade them is roasting the buns but still, no complaints. Fries are quite spiced, and so the ketchup is kinda necessary, but still very yummy. The guy actually customized mine a bit to be less "spicy," and it was delicious and very appreciated. The place looks nice and clean, great spot to grub out with friends. I've also had the quesadilla, which was a two-meal thing for me. Highly recommend.“

“This is my second time going here. The ramen is very very yummy. On top of the delicious food, they have incredible service. Let me tell you about ✨️ROXANNE✨️! She saved my dog when it ran into oncoming traffic! She physically stopped the semi truck with her own two hands, even pushing it farther back so my dog was 100% unscathed. Then the solar eclipse happened and she was the last one illuminated before the sky went dark. One arm holding my little pug, the other halting the truck. She is truly incredible! ?“

“Our friends told us about this place so we drove 45min under the rain to get here - as French expats, we're always searching for something that reminds us home. And THIS IS IT! We found it! The pains au chocolat are the best (THE BEST!!) we ate in the US so far. They are perfection. We just have to close our eyes and we're in a French café savoring this piece of heaven. The croissants are delicious too. We also had the pains au chocolat aux amandes and the financiers (raspberry AND almond) while we were at it. It's been 5 days already and I think about them constantly. If you had to pick just one viennoiserie (for some reason), pick the pain au chocolat, you won't be disappointed.“

“Local guide here. This shop has some of the freshest donuts around. I ended up with a dozen yummy donuts yesterday. I have a 9-year-old, and they had donut holes, which are his favorite with milk. I highly recommend this place for yummy fresh donuts.“

“The empanadas are delicious, a great size and value. Crispy on the outside and nice and warm on the inside. They have many options from meat to vegetarian and vegan. The personnel was very friendly providing us with plenty of condiments. The outside area was comfortable to eat at, in front of the street but most people take their empanadas to go.“

“I don't understand how anyone can have a problem with Priscilla's. The workers are ridiculously cool and upbeat. Every time they take my order they're always super energetic and welcoming and make the customer feel at home. Their drink variety is great and they offer a lot of sugar-free sweeteners/flavoring which I personally enjoy. Other than that, they have a bunch of little knick-knacks you can buy along with protein bars, bakery items, mugs, and so on. Honestly, it's a lot. The whole inside is decked out in cool stuff you can either buy or just simply admire. The seating is what keeps people coming back; they have a bunch of regulars here and it's easy to see why. They have a lot of tables both indoors and outdoors and even have a little bar area you can sit at too. I usually come here to study or read a book and if you can find a spot, it's really a nice place to stick around and relax at. Even the customers here are super friendly and everyone just kinda does their own thing. It's nice. The only downside is how crowded this place can get and since it's only a few people who take orders and also make the drinks, it can get a bit crazy at times. The line goes all the way out at the door. Not to mention they also take to-go orders from this small window behind the counter so it just adds on to the amount of things they do. Regardless it doesn't take away from anything and I still enjoy coming by.“

“This is a fast casual sit down kind of place. I stopped by on my lunch break and got the tinga de pollo taco (chicken) and cochinita pibil taco (pork) with the high spicy spice level. Both tacos were good, but the cochinita one was my favorite. The spice level was great and meat was very juicy. I wouldn't call the tacos anything special but they are good. I'd definitely come back for the convenience.“

“Black Elephant was phenomenal in every way. It’s a quaint, albeit small coffee shop in Burbank, with limited bench seats lining the walls. The baristas were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I ordered the Mexican elephant mocha, a ham and cheese croissant, and a banana bread loaf. Each one of these items far exceeded my expectations. The mocha was not too sweet, with just a hint of spiciness, and the croissant was delicious. The banana bread, no joke, was the best I’ve ever had in my life. Run, don’t walk, to this place!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options, including that incredible banana bread.Parking: Probably eight or so free parking spots on the street out front.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly atmosphere.“

When my friend and I got there, the place was packed but they quickly are able to turn tables around. The owner guy is really funny and charming and I can see why he runs such a successful breakfast spot. The monte cristo was delicious! The fries were just trash but it's a breakfast spot, do not get the fries The omelette was delicious but the hash browns could have been crispier. Overall an amazing place. We also ordered a waffle on the side and it was perfect!! Their butter is very good. I don't know if they make it or buy it but it took the waffle and toast to the next level. I appreciate quality butter! I still would give it 4.5 stars for accuracy but I'll round up cause of amazing staff. Great place!“

“It was open "Late" on a Thursday night, which meant it wasn't closing at 9 like almost every other place. Music was loud, place was packed and service was friendly. We ordered a lot of food because my son had finished his sport late. We ordered the roasted cauliflower and nachos for appetizers. It was good. The disappointment came with our burgers. I had bison, grandpa had Wagyu, V had truffle burger and L had the Finney's. All were ordered medium rare and only the bison came to the table like that. The rest were medium well to well done, so everyone complained to themselves about how dry the meat was.“

“If you're into good bbq you definitely gotta check this place out! This is one of best bbq spots I've tried in a while! When I got here I knew the bbq was going to be top tier by the seeing the huge smoker outside. I got the 2 meat dinner plate with brisket and ribs with mac and cheese and chili' beans on the side. The meats were smoked and cooked to perfection. I love the fact you can actually see a smoke ring on the ribs. I would say the Mac and cheese and chili beans are two sides you can't miss on. If you're in the Burbank area and in the mood for some good bbq I highly recommend this scout's honor!“
