“I have tried so many Haidilao restaurants in North America, and this one really has the best service! A young lady inside is QIAO! He has a great attitude and his voice is nice and gentle! Also gave me a small blanket to use! ??❤️ So considerate! Love it, love it, recommend it!“

“We are from Connecticut, and during a recent trip to the Bay Area, we had the extreme good fortune to try the Afghan Awasana Kabob House. Oh my ... what an experience! The food was superb … an epicurean delight, but also plentiful, and very reasonably priced. The qabuli palow - a lamb shank dish was a standout, and the squash bolani - a stuffed flatbread was out of this world. The owner was very friendly during dinner, only to be surpassed by what happened after our dinner. Upon leaving, our car would not start. The owner offered to jump start our car. When that did not work, he offered us a ride back to the house where we were staying ... which we gratefully accepted. On the way, while we were thanking him profusely, he indicated that this was not an imposition as he routinely gave rides to his workers. I was moved to tears with his generosity. The Afghan Awasana Kabob House stimulated my palate, satiated my appetite, and above all, nourished my soul with renewed faith in the kindness of humanity. A truly memorable evening that will not soon be forgotten.“

“Really love the old-fashioned style of the design of the restaurant. It seems that they decided to not move forward with renovating it that revolves around latest technologies, but it’s really worth coming here.I dine here a few times already and wow…the service is really fast. I like how they can serve us coffee without having to pay extra. The portion sizes are huge that I can’t even finish everything. Prices are reasonable also. It’s no wonder why there are many reward frames on the walls!“

“This is definitely a whole in the wall kind of sushi place. It's located in a small shopping mall and the other shops are not as fancy. It only has 4 tables and can seat about 20 people. Go early to grab your seats before the lunch crowds. The price is reasonable and the sushi and sashimi are so fresh. Oh boy! I'll definitely come back. Everything was delicious!“

“The service was quick and friendly, pizza took about 10 minutes to be ready for takeout! It smelled so good in the car and everyone was jealous while we ate at the park. Inside of restaurant was clean and there are about 4 small tables for eating. The spices on the butter paneer pizza sauce were very good and tasted amazing. Mango lassi was great as well and very creamy.“

“Wow!! I'm really impressed with this local restaurant. It's a very cozy and intimate store with friendly staff. Service is quick and attentive! Here's what I have tried these past few months:+ Pad Thai Crispy Tiger Prawns (5/5): Soooo delicious! This is a MUST TRY. The shrimp are cooked perfectly and make this dish so addicting. The pad thai itself is really great too! I am getting hungry just writing about it...+ Chicken Pad See-Ew (3/5): It's okay. The noodles are great texture and it's seasoned well! The portion was very generous too. However, the American broccoli and carrot addition is odd. They were also undercooked.+ Khao Soi (5/5): INCREDIBLE! If you love creamy curry, the broth is perfect for you. They add an entire chicken leg in this, which is fall-off-the-bone tender. The noodles stick together though, so be sure to toss the noodles as soon as they hit your table.“

“We had the Kuro Ramen and it was delicious. Very filling. We also had to try their Arashi Ramen and the broth was light and savory.I recommend the Arashi French fries. They are sweet and crunchy, going well with ramen. The complimentary oolong tea was very refreshing and light, with easy accessible refilling station.“

“The soup base is great. I would recommend anyone who loves Sichuan food to try Green Peppercorn soup base. This place has AYCE through Monday to Wednesday plus Thursday lunch if I’m not getting it wrong. Meat plates are in generous sizes. Definitely recommend this place!“

“As soon as I sat down at the table, I received free fries and green beans. Today, I ordered a dinner box that included pork cutlet and Godzilla rolls with my friend. First of all, I was surprised by the amount of food, and the food was so delicious that I ate everything even though I was full. This is my third visit to this restaurant and I think I’ll be a regular customer. I‘m very happy with the service and I was charged just $35. Totally satisfied! Cost-effective restaurant!!“

“I heard that this place opened recently, which is about 1.5 years now. The place looks alright since that’s how a Japanese restaurant typically looks like especially if it’s small.I was quite surprised how big the serving size is from the Chicken Teriyaki dinner plate (didn’t finish it). No wonder it’s expensive. The food tastes fresh and nice, but I honestly believe that they should lessen the salt of the edamame. Also like the taste of sashimi and California Roll.“

“Very good and authentic Korean style Chinese food! Glad this one is close by. I don’t have to drive all the way to Santa Clara anymore. Jjamppong is one of the best I have had in US, with just the right spicy level. It comes with a lot of seafood, which is probably why this dish is much more expensive than Jajangmyeon. Jajangmyeon was a bit too sweet for me. Nothing special with Tangsuyuk, not bad but probably won’t order again next time.“

“Mission Pizza is just hands down the best pizza ever made. I said what I said! Seriously try and prove me wrong, you can't its just the exact perfect combo. I have spent my life trying to find anywhere that does it even almost as good and nothing!!! No its not Costco cheap pizza but its not any more expensive than Round table or the like and the quality and balance is amazing. they have a huge variety from classics to combos that are wild but tried and true, truly something for everyone. and the atmosphere is like nothing else. This is one of those family businesses that truly make the world a great (and tasty!) place“

“Loved this simple restaurant with very delicious dosas. We had a tiffin plate which was pretty filling and an onion masala dosa which was delicious. The chutneys were definitely the best. Will come back for a quick weekend South Indian brunch.“

“This is Taiwan style hotpot which is pretty different from other styles of hot pot. The broth is lighter and tastes more homestyle and there are less crazy chemicals in the soup base. The meat and veg feels higher quality than all you can eat spots. I got a set menu and was super full and couldn’t finish it. Great “

“My first time going. Thanks to a great friends recommendation. We all order serval dishes to try and share amongst us all. A great way to try many of their dishes and share with your friends. We were a group of 9 people including some kids. They loved the food. I recommended the tea salad was not expecting a combination of so many ingredients to taste completely different then ehat was on my plate the lightness of the dressings to the many textures then i expected. I loved our server she told us order 1 rice of each if you wanna try them and if you would like more ,I can bring you guys more. The coconut rice with any spicy dish balances out perfect not over pwoering another dish. I loved the salt n paper shrimp as well everything was made when we order and fresh and hot. I know I will be back with my child again.“

“Loved the vegetarian options. There aren't many of them, I probably tried them all and you need to inform the waiter if you're vegetarian so that they avoid the fish in everything.I loved the rabokki (rice cake ramen) with medium spice, very flavorful and spicy and was my favourite item. I also loved the vegetable pancake, crispy and tasty. I liked the tofu bibimbap too. I liked the soft tofu soup as well but the egg did not cook in the soup like they had mentioned so I don't recommend getting the egg.The portion sizes are good for sharing and each dish is probably good for one person.“

“I walked in here shortly after they opened on a weekday and was warmly greeted by the staff in Mandarin. I honestly felt like I was transported to a breakfast cafe in Taiwan - love it! We ordered breakfast to go: Taro veggie sung sando ($8.75) Cheese crepe ($8) Signature sando ($5.5) Soy milk black tea ($4.50; got a $0.50 discount for ordering with a meal) The taro veggie sung was packed between slices of soft bread with the crusts cut off. I've had veggie sung before, but not with taro paste, so it was a nice combo of savory and sweet. I did wish it had a little bit more flavor, but overall, not bad. The cheese crepe is not your traditional French crepe. It's a Taiwanese-style crepe and is clearly indicated on the menu as such. All the crepes come filled with egg and green onion as a base. It's savory and came with a sauce to douse over it. I added some hot spot and it was delicious! Reminded me of breakfasts my mom would prepare for me as a kid. Signature sandwich comes with cucumber, ham, egg, and a pork patty. My boyfriend inhaled it and although he seemed to think it's nothing special, it's a quick and filling meal. I ordered the soy milk black tea without any sugar, and although I appreciated that I was able to do so, the ratio of tea to soy milk tasted off. It was more black tea than soy milk, so in hindsight, I should have just stuck to plain soy milk. Regardless, would definitely come back if I was in the area and wanted a quick bite!“

“I love getting food right there ? ?, it's a clean restaurant, the owner or the person who's in the front is a pretty nice person, they have so fabulous plates to eat. It's not cheap but it's not expensive, everyone can get food for pretty good prices. Is easy to locate because it is in front of McDonald's in Grimmer BLDV. They also have free cookies ????“

“Not pictured was the strawberry oats pancake - this was so good it had a nice cinnamon flavor to it which elevated the pancakes! There were bits and pieces of oats throughout the pancake which was surprisingly delicious! It tasted on the healthier side which I doubt it was but made us feel better about ordering it LOL If there's one thing you should try, it's 100% the tri-tip Benedict!! The waiter said it was very popular and I'm so glad I ordered it. The meat was nice and tender, not overly seasoned and matched perfectly with everything -I added tomatoes so more of a freshness feel since i thought it'd be heavy with the meat (def would recommend adding tomatoes to if you like it) Can't ever go wrong with the OG CA Benedict! The portions are big so we both needed up taking half of our orders to go! Win-win! You get to eat it twice :) Will def be coming back for that tri tip Benny again Also the waiter was really friendly and refilled our coffee drink multiple times without us having to ask“

“One of the finest Indian vegetarian food outlets in Fremont. The ambiance, more suited for takeout than for dine-in due to limited space, still adds to the overall charm of the place. I've indulged in their Shahi Paneer Korma, butter rotis, Chole Masala, and Onion Chilli Parathas extensively, and the taste and quality consistently impress. The pricing is also quite reasonable. And let's not forget Mr. Pavan, the wonderfully customer-friendly owner, who truly sets this establishment apart and makes it one of my favorite spots to enjoy a delicious meal here in the Bay Area. P.S. Not a complaint, just my personal observation: The 'Shahi Paneer Korma' here is not exactly what the name suggests, but more akin to 'Paneer Butter Masala' in disguise!“

“The dosas are good, served a little darker than expected but with plenty of stuffing. The service needs work, we ordered an appetizer and it came after the entrees we're served.Do not order the butter chicken, it was awful, very obvious the cook does not make even decent north Indian chicken.“

“I stumbled into this place and the nice sever Subash said I would like the sampler first item on menu and boy is he right! It is almost too much food for one person! The flavors are a wonderful surprise after a long day of work! Mint, curry, buttery rice thing lol, an herb doughnut I dipped into the mint chutney. A surprise of desert surgery almost a pudding with raisins. All for a out $13. I highly recommend this place. The 3 atmosphere rating is because I wanted to sit down and there are no seats or tables. They must have changed to take out only.“

“Very refined modern takes on Japanese food. The food is first class, service is great, and love the sake! Considering the incredible quality of the food, the price is very reasonable. If all you want is your typical California Rolls ect, this is not the place. You get a wonderful Omakase menu here. Definitely recommend Soho for those looking for great, and non-typical Japanese food.“

“I've eaten it twice and it's still delicious. What's special is that his restaurant smells like fireworks, and everything smells so good.I can't decide between the lamb chops griddle and the sausage griddle. The boss said that there is no need to choose, just give them both. I want to give General Pot 10+ likes?“

“Came here on a Sunday lunch and there were still some tables in the restaurant. They serve hot tea which is always a plus for me. The xiaolongbao was spot on with delicious broth and tender meat. The chili oil wontons were okay, but the meat was a bit dry on the inside. If you are looking for a place to eat xiaolongbao and noodles for a cheap price, Bing's is the place to go.“

“The first time I had Rice Junky was actually at their second location in Santa Clara. I'm an East Bay fella so South Bay is a little bit of a reach for me. I've been having cravings for Rice Junky lately so I decided to check out their Fremont location. First off just want to note that this location is take out only. It's a pretty small spot. BUT that doesn't take away from the fact that the food is so so dam good! It was everything that I remembered and loved from the first time I had Rice Junky. At first, looking at the bowl. I was like "oh man, they give you less chicken here." Nope, I was absolutely wrong. Under that top layer of chicken was much more yummy sauced up chicken! Rice Junky is great, The bowl is fantastic. Portion is just right, slightly above average actually. Little pricey, but honestly with inflation nowadays. Food everywhere is expensive so meh. I just wished they stayed open later like their Santa Clara location. I gotta try all their other items. Only been loyal to the CC bowl so far. But the bowl is dam good!“
“A band was visiting us from out of town and we needed a spot to take them all out to lunch on a thursday afternoon. I called ahead and even with limited space they gave us a table for 8 and the chef graciously gave us corn egg drop soup on the house. We started with egg rolls and potstickers. We tried the sweet and sour pork, kung pao chicken, chili fish and the mongolian beef with chow mein and fried rice. Every dish was great, the sweet and sour pork was a hit! It's right in our neighborhood and will definitely be back, it's a shame I waited so long to try it“

“I enjoyed a falafel plate, which included a generous helping of salad, hummus, and warm pita bread on the side. The falafel was still warm from cooking just before handing me the plate. This is a counter order, sit and eat restaurant. Not too fancy, but the decor had a nice mural. The location is out of the way, but it is worth it to find this little restaurant to get good falafel.“

“The food here is good and very affordable compared to other restaurants. Service was good and fast. Atmosphere was very nice. Dumplings, potstickers, and drunk chicken were 10/10. Eggplant (in pork sauce?) and three pot chicken were good but very oily. All that for $65… in this economy that’s a steal. 10/10 would recommend.“

“My wife and I stopped by El Halal Amigos because 1) I had it bookmarked from Yelp reviews 2) Rave review from one of the baker's at Susiecakes bakery. As we were walking over, we thought, "Oh, this replaced the burger place." Outdoor and indoor seating available. Upbeat and fast tempo house music playing. Nicely and festive decorations. Service was super friendly and nice. You order at the front, get your number, and they will bring your food to your table. Birria Nar-Chos: Nachos, Birria Meat, Nacho Cheese, Chips, Pico De Gallo, Sour Cream, Jalapenos, Nar Sauce. Pretty good portion size and the amount of meat is pretty good. The birria meat is tender and moist. A shareable meal! Burrito Super: Choice of filling, pinto or black beans, spanish rice, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, crema & guacamole. We also got the birria meat. This was a tasty burrito.“
