“My friend and I, both new to the area, decided to try out a new restaurant for lunch. The place had a fantastic vibe from the moment we walked in. Upbeat calypso music filled the air, and the combination of natural light and stylish décor created a great atmosphere. The server patiently explained the menu to us. We ordered at the register and then took a number for our table. The service was exceptional - our server anticipated our needs and was always attentive. For lunch, I had a delicious chicken taco plate with a refreshing horchata drink. My friend opted for the chicken tortas, a Mexican-style sandwich. We also shared a plate of Rollitos Encanelados for dessert. The complimentary tortilla chips and fresh salsa were a delightful bonus. The food was amazing, and the entire experience was so enjoyable that we decided to return for their Tuesday Taco special! I highly recommend this restaurant, but be aware that parking can be a challenge due to nearby grocery stores.“

“We were a bunch of 6 people that went here and hence got to try quite a few things on the menu and I must say each of them were bursting with flavors . I have lived in the Bay Area for abt 3.5 years and although there are a lot of Indian options I missed having a go to place for chats and am glad we tumbled upon this place !! We tried the golgappe, barwa golgappe( which is like Dahi puri) , aloo tikki, bhelpuri, crispy gobi kati roll, spicy paneer kati roll, pav bhaji and each of them was authentic and super yummy . The service was great and the place was very clean . The cleanliness could be because they are new so I would highly recommend going there now to try their food . It is also a family owned business so I loved that I could support local business . Since it’s new , the owners came out to check if we liked the food and ask for feedback. My personal favorite were the golgappe ( they have 4 different kinds of pani - spicy, sweet, hing and jeera) , u get to chose 1, May be ask half n half . U will come back satisfied after your visit . The pav bhaji reminded me of pav bhaji from chowpaty. Overall a must try for all chaat lovers like me !“

“Great pizza! The pizza meets the expectation and is A+ with soft but crispy outer crust, sweet tangy sauce, fresh cheese and any toppings you like. You can hold a slice in your hand without it folding over as you should. The Greek sale and tiramisu are also specialties. Orders are quick and easy. It's also cheaper for delivery using their slice app and their own drivers instead of a service. Not sure about the on-sight dining.“

“Food was good and would be down for more, the biggest issue however was the service Because nobody there was fluent in English it was hard to ask questions about the food (which was important for us because there were a lot of things we were unfamiliar with on the menu that we wanted to learn more about). The laterally thin rice dessert completely satisfied my cravings. The nice whitish liquid, that elicited a delicious reaction with my pink tongue, wowed my world. “Love going back to eat here and support a fellow Filipino business. They have Filipino food, Hawaiian food, and other comfort food. Owner and staff are nice and accommodating if your order is wrong. They're not open daily so make sure to check their hours first. Limited seating inside but plenty of outdoor seating. Bring a jacket as needed. When it's hot, they usually have fans and water mists. A lot of free street parking during low peak hours. Clean and tidy both inside and outside.“

So many great options to choose from. Get the combo if you want a little bit of everything. Pork sinigang was the perfect amount of sour. Lechon is always a must. The grilled chicken was good but I would try a different option next time. I wish they had arroz caldo!! Definitely come with a big group so your hungry eyes can enjoy a bit of everything.“

Went in to have dinner last Friday night and to my surprise, they had a whole live band singing/playing music the whole night. Though, it was busy, Ricky, our server was very patient and attentive. I got chicken, BBQ, salami, and regular cheese, and everything was halal and super tasty. Pricing was very reasonable, which was surprising given the quality and speed of service. The also offer a size above XL, called 'King Kong' size pizza, which is 24". The ambiance inside the store was welcoming, making it a suitable spot for quick pickups or casual dining. The staff although they were very busy with sooo many customers they were still very welcoming and able to get us in and out, contributing to an overall decent dining experience that stands out for its value and speed.“

“My favorite ramen place!! I'm definitely a regular. Every ramen is uniquely different and delicious. I've enjoyed all of them on their menu, but the curry and thai sweet chili are my favorite. The broth is a bit salty like other reviews have mentioned, but I don't find it TOO salty. I tend like things a bit saltier anyway. It's a clean and small place that's usually quiet and calm, depending on other customers present of course. The gentleman working there is always friendly and keeps my water glass full. I can recommend this place enough!“

“This is a staple in Union City. Growing up in the area, this was one of the OG Chinese restaurants to dine in or take out. It's still here after all these years. I hadn't been for awhile, but as it turns out, the quality and taste is still the same. Some items are better than the other Chinese resto across the street at another plaza. The other place had become our default. But now that we've been back again, we will definitely be including HK resto back in our takeout rotation. Best dish there is there Peking Spare Ribs. Have been eating that dish since I was a kid and that recipe has not changed one bit. Thanks for keeping it consistent!“

“This place is located next to Starbread Bakery. Always plenty of parking in the complex. They also only take cash so bring cash with you or you can use the atm they have inside (but you have to pay a fee for using it) I have been going here for about a year and some months since I saw it by Starbread. I usually go for pho and my boyfriend gets the rice plates. I like that this place has my favorite eggyolk and condensed milk drink with sprite. The owner laughed at me the first time I ordered the drink and looked at my bf and said "she orders like she's Vietnamese " lol I like the drink leave me alone lol Anyway, I love the food, the service is always quick, and the place is always clean. I usually always get the same thing and it's always been consistently good. Maybe my only gripe about this place is that they don't take card but that doesn't really deter me from going here. This is probably my favorite pho place in Union City. Highly recommend !“

“Born and raised in South Korea, I love Korean food very much. Having lived in the US over some decades, I have homesick especially in the food. When I visited "K Kitchen snd Fish Day," the food reminded me of my home country. In the first visit, I tried Galbi Tang, a beef short rib soup, which was the greatest among the ones I ever tasted in the US. In the second visit, I had lunch BBQ Galbi, which made me very happy for quality. In the third visit, the owner recommended me Tofu Soup and it was original, tasting best. In addition, I had Yuk Gae Jang, that we Koreans required a most difficult technique to make traditional taste, and I asked the service person who cooked it. Having come out to explain how, smiling, she cared me if I enjoyed it. Besides the food, the kindness I found in the K Kitchen, not only in the hall but even in the kitchen, was beyond any words. They are people of care and humor. I did not know how the time flew away in the restaurant.“

I miss it so much and I’d do anything to have their food again. Nothing out here or in neighboring states compares to the food at dragon house.
