We used to love grand burger but they have gone down hill. The food costs more and your order comes out wrong. They ran off all the good employees and have kept incompetent employees.

I don't know how this place has that many stars. I wish I had the guts to ask for my money back. I was hungry and ate most of my food but even then I give my chili burger a 2 out of 10, fries 0 out of 10. We ordered taquitos which were probably in the freezer for days and the beans, tasteless. Quality was zero. Freshness zero. Four cooks and the food is less than mediocre. In will never come here again simply because the heart is missing in this place, no pride in cooking good food. The place was empty. I'm not surprised. Disappointed. Go to Orange County and go inside any burger joint and you will be satisfied.

First time here and I was so excited to see they sell chicken fried steak sandwich which was so delicious and the zucchini with ranch was amazing!!! I wish I lived closer but if I ever come to Glendora again I'm for sure making a stop!

I grew up eating at Grand Burger the food is Amazing fresh just had horrible experience clerk 16 on 3/27 @ 20:05 was multi tasking maybe the other clerk was new and had to train her but when I was given my food I asked for extra ranch she said 2 were already inside and but I did want extra seemed like I was bothering her for extra I get I had to pay $1:09 for a tiny ranch I am disappointed on the customer service I had today

Nearly 14 dollars for a cheeseburger combo. It’s just okay. Drink size is small and also small fries. In-N-out can give you a double double with fries and a drink for less. But the line is much shorter here.
