DRY STYLE CHOW MEIN is actually wet and oily!! Please tell your cooks this is the 3rd time you sent me WET STYLE chow mein! Wet style comes in a plastic container and the noddles are dry in a styrofoam container. I don't order those but you send them to me! I only order Dry Style which is no dry noddles but actually oily cooked noddles in a styrofoam container.
Pretty solid Hong Hong diner with western and Cantonese items. We ordered wonton soup (broth a little bland), XO sauce beef udon (excellent), crispy noodle seafood chow mein (also a little bland), salt pepper hot wings (not bad but I wish the green onions were fried and crispy). Very good service! (the place looks short staffed but those 2 young chaps run fast Lol)
